The process of oil removal by air flotation includes the generation of bubbles, the adhesion and rise of bubbles with oil and solid particles, and the separation of scraping oil. Its principle is that the bubble generator generates a large number of fine bubbles in water, thus forming a three-phase mixture of water, bubbles and oily solid particles. Under the combined action of various forces such as interfacial tension, air flotation buoyancy and poor hydrostatic pressure, tiny bubbles are urged to adhere to the removed oil stains and solid particles. Because the density of the attachments is less than that of water, tiny bubbles will float to the water surface, so that the oil stains and solid particles in water can be separated and removed by the automatic oil scraping device.
