Causes of postprandial stomachache:
1, caused by exercise after meals
Digesting food after meals requires more blood to be distributed to the digestive system, and exercise immediately. Most of the blood flows to the body surface, which may lead to insufficient blood supply to the gastrointestinal tract. If the digestive function itself is not very good, it will aggravate abdominal pain and indigestion.
Countermeasures: Abdominal pain caused by exercise indigestion can basically be relieved after rest.
2, irritable bowel
Intestinal peristalsis is aggravated after meals, which is prone to symptoms of irritable bowel and intestinal spasm. Immediate exercise may aggravate irritable bowel syndrome. Its typical symptom is postprandial abdominal pain. 1 ~ 2 times of diarrhea will relieve abdominal pain, and the pain site is mostly around the navel.
3, gastric ulcer
Gastric ulcer belongs to peptic ulcer, which is caused by weak gastric mucosal barrier and gastric acid eroding gastric mucosa. The typical symptom is postprandial pain, which is located in the middle and upper abdomen and will be relieved after a short time. Pain has a lot to do with the disease itself and the food you eat.
4, biliary colic
If some small gallstones get stuck in the neck of gallbladder or biliary tract, it may cause biliary colic due to contraction of gallbladder after eating. Especially when eating greasy food, this is also a common cause of postprandial abdominal pain, and the pain site is generally in the right upper abdomen.
