According to Beijing's unified deployment, Beijing will hold a nationwide healthy lifestyle action cooking competition in 21xx. Our district will organize a nationwide healthy lifestyle action cooking competition in accordance with the unified requirements of the whole city. The following plans are made for the competition:
1. Competition objectives
Further implement the "Ten-year Action Plan for Healthy Beijingers-National Health Promotion" of the municipal government, widely mobilize social forces, create a public opinion environment and social atmosphere for promoting a healthy lifestyle, promote residents to form the concept of healthy diet and healthy life, and improve residents' ability to improve diet nutrition and diet structure.

Haidian District Health Promotion Working Committee is responsible for organizing and implementing this activity. Establish the "Haidian District National Healthy Lifestyle Action Cooking Competition Office" (hereinafter referred to as the "District Competition Office"), which is specifically responsible for the organization, management, coordination and supervision of the competition. The office is located in the District Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
All towns and relevant community health service centers should also set up leading organizations for competition work, which will be led by the competent leaders and set up full-time or part-time staff to organize and implement.
V. Division of work
(1) District Health Bureau: responsible for leading the organization and coordination of the national healthy lifestyle action cooking competition.
(2) District CDC: responsible for organizing the nationwide healthy lifestyle action cooking competition, confirming the competition venue and equipment, and contacting the media to report the competition activities.
(3) towns and towns: responsible for organizing qualified teams of health demonstration communities, health demonstration units, health demonstration canteens and health demonstration restaurants in their respective jurisdictions to participate in the national healthy lifestyle action cooking competition.
(4) relevant community health service centers: responsible for selecting qualified contestants in their respective jurisdictions to participate in the national healthy lifestyle action cooking competition, and for guiding the contents of the participating teams in their respective jurisdictions.
VI. Work arrangement
(1) Start-up stage (before June 2, 21xx)
Haidian District National Healthy Lifestyle Action Cooking Competition Office issued an activity notice, held a coordination meeting and announced the information of the competition. Announce the registration hotline 82415726 and call on qualified teams to participate. All departments, streets and towns determine the responsible persons and contacts, formulate specific implementation plans, and organize qualified teams to sign up.
(II) Promotion and registration stage (mid-June-August 3, 21xx)
Each team of health demonstration community, health demonstration unit, health demonstration canteen and health demonstration restaurant will download the registration form from the website of Beijing Haidian District Center for Disease Control and Prevention, which is designated for the activity, and submit it to the community health service center where they are located. In this competition, teams will sign up, and each team will prepare two dishes, one vegetarian and the other meat. Each team signed up for 2 chefs, each of whom made a dish. All teams participating in the competition must fill in the registration form for the cooking competition. The community health service center where the jurisdiction is located will review the registration of personnel and send the teams in the jurisdiction to participate in district-level competitions through competitions or recommendations. The community health service center where the jurisdiction is located shall report the entry form of the teams in the jurisdiction (see Annex 2 for details) to the district competition activity office before August 3rd.
(III) Competition stage (August 21xx)
Community health service centers in each jurisdiction will send contestants to participate in district-level competitions under the guidance of Haidian District National Healthy Lifestyle Action Cooking Competition Office (the specific time and place of the competition will be notified separately).
VII. Entry Rules
(I) Participants and requirements
The contestants are healthy and have strong cooking skills, regardless of their age. At least 1 teams will be selected from health demonstration communities, health demonstration units, health demonstration canteens and health demonstration restaurants (see Annex 1 for details) to participate in the competition.
(II) The materials for the competition
1, operating table, cooking stoves, kitchen utensils, knives, cooking oil, oil control pots, salt, salt spoons, dishes, chopsticks, aprons and rags are provided by the organizer.
2. Players should bring their own raw materials, auxiliary materials and seasonings (if you need other materials, please bring them yourself).
(3) Competition process
1. Weigh the main and auxiliary materials of the dishes.
2. Answer the host's questions about healthy eating.
3. Every time a contestant completes a work, he introduces the work, delivers it to the staff, and sends the number of the work to the judges.
4. Staff check the usage of oil and salt.
5. Players clean up their belongings on the operating platform, finish the competition and wait for the result.
6. After the review, the results will be announced uniformly.
(4) Contents of the competition
1. Questions and answers on healthy diet
Each team answers three common knowledge questions on healthy diet and scores according to the oral answers. Every chef answers at least one question.
2. On-site cooking
Vegetarian dishes and vegetarian dishes are planned to be a dinner for three people. Pay attention to the distribution of three meals and nutrition collocation. The contestants are required to finish the cooking within 35 minutes on the spot, and explain the dish collocation, creative design, material selection, production technology, nutritional value and other aspects on the spot. The judges score according to the color, aroma, taste, shape, taste, nutritional components and the amount of oil and salt.
(5) Rules of Competition
1. Make the chefs of restaurants and canteens in the registration form into a group, which is a professional group; Community residents and employees of the unit are organized into another group, which is an amateur group. The results of the two groups were ranked separately.
2. each team's work consists of a vegetarian dish and a vegetarian dish, and the raw materials, auxiliary materials and seasonings are provided by the players themselves.
3. Observe the order of the stadium, obey the arrangement of the host and staff, and respect the judges and other contestants.
4. Participants should enter the venue 31 minutes in advance, and be disqualified if they are more than 15 minutes late. If the production process exceeds the time limit, reduce the score as appropriate.
5. The contestants should prepare the written manuscript of the introduction of their works, which requires clear information on nutrition, main ingredients, auxiliary materials and seasonings, and the production process.
6. The main materials and auxiliary materials provided by the teams can only be washed and cleaned in advance, and cannot be cut in advance and brought into the competition site. Once found, 21 points will be deducted.
7. The scores of two players in the team are added together, and the ranking of the competition is determined according to the group ranking.
(VI) Scoring criteria
This competition is scored according to the standard of 111% for each dish. Question and answer on healthy diet (15 points), explanation by chef (21 points), cooking (color, aroma, taste, shape and taste) (41 points), nutritional ingredients (11 points), consumption of oil and salt (11 points), and sanitation of operation desk (5 points).
The judges of the competition are composed of 5 people, including 1 chefs, 1 nutrition experts, 1 health experts and 2 ordinary judges.
(VII) Awards Setting
There will be 1 first prize, 1 second prize and 1 third prize in the professional group and 1 third prize in the amateur group of the district-level trials, and the rest will be excellent prizes, and the prizes are to be determined.
