If a cadre reaches the retirement age during the period of filing an investigation, he/she shall be removed from his/her current position, and shall be subject to the salary and treatment of retirement and shall not be subject to the retirement procedure for the time being. During the probationary period of service by the impact of the period of six months of punishment, extend the probationary period of six months; by the impact of the period of one year of punishment, extend the probationary period of one year; by the impact of the period of more than one year of punishment, the termination of the probationary period.

(3) If the person is subject to a serious warning within the Party or an administrative demerit, the period of influence shall be one and a half years.
(4) The period of influence shall be two years for those who take the blame and resign, or who are ordered to resign, removed from office, demoted, or dismissed from the Party, or who are subject to administrative demotion or administrative dismissal.
(e) If a person is placed on probation, the period of influence shall be two years after the restoration of party rights.
(vi) If he or she is expelled from the Party, the period of influence shall be five years.
