First, the contents of the visit and the understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment

1, Hangzhou Thermal Power Plant

On the afternoon of August 2nd, 20xx, we visited Hangzhou Thermal Power Plant under the leadership of technical workers from the thermal power plant. Hangzhou Thermal Power Plant is the earliest energy-saving enterprise of central heating and cogeneration in Zhejiang Province. From 1984 to 199 1, it has developed to the scale of three furnaces and three machines, with an annual heating capacity of 4 1 70,000 Ji Jiao and a power generation capacity of1. 700 million kWh, and the maximum steam supply per hour reached 279 tons. We mainly visited the circulating fluidized bed and thermoelectric control room of the thermal power plant. Walking into the workshop where the circulating fluidized bed is located, we can see pipes of various colors, large and small, intricately and regularly leading to various parts of the equipment. Our greatest feeling is heat. Then the technician who showed us around opened a small opening in the combustion chamber. Looking through the small mouth, we saw the blazing flame. The technician told us that the temperature there is about 900 degrees Celsius, and the temperature in the center of the flame is even higher. Then we came to the control room, where seven or eight computers were placed side by side, mainly used for the control of thermoelectric power. There are several TVs hanging on the wall, from which we can see some important occasions in the production workshop. The technical master told us that this system adopts the control system of Siemens, and the operation is simple. A skilled worker can control the computer for several days, saving a lot of human resources. Then we visited the circulating fluidized bed from all angles. The whole fluidized bed is as high as the grass-roots building, and the temperature around the fluidized bed is relatively high. The technical master told us that there are many measuring points everywhere in the fluidized bed to measure the temperature, pressure and other parameters of the fluidized bed in order to adjust the production. Later, through the communication with the technical master, I learned that this equipment has been technically improved, and the combustion efficiency of coal can reach 89%. Before the improvement, the sulfur bed was ignited from above, and about 30 tons of diesel oil was needed for each ignition. After the improvement, it is ignited from below, and only about 3 tons of diesel oil is needed for each ignition. This shows the important role of technical transformation in production. Finally, I visited the thermoelectric control room of the whole plant. On a vertical flat plate, various device models are densely distributed, and the production situation of all parts of the factory can be reflected on it. There are many cabinets around the control room, and there are all kinds of electric meters hanging in the cabinets, all of which indicate the purpose of each electric meter. 2. Hangzhou Wahaha Group

The second place we visited as an intern was Hangzhou Wahaha Group. On the afternoon of July 3 1 20xx, after several twists and turns, we finally came to Hangzhou Wahaha Group and began to visit Wahaha Group under the leadership of Wahaha staff.

1987, Wahaha's predecessor, the distribution department of school-run enterprises in Shangcheng District of Hangzhou, was established. The first thing we visited was the mold production workshop of Wahaha Group, where we finally knew how those beautiful and changeable Wahaha bottles came from. There are all kinds of molds being processed and already processed in the workshop. These molds with peculiar shapes are generally obtained by milling, cutting and grinding. Many workers were busy when we visited, and we were lucky enough to see their working process. We find that their work is quite easy, mainly because of the high degree of automation of the equipment and the few parts that need manual control. In the innermost part of the workshop, there is an isolation room with four pieces of equipment side by side. The staff told us that these pieces of equipment are imported from abroad, with high precision and high price, so isolation is beneficial to their protection. After visiting the mold manufacturing workshop, we came to Wahaha automatic production line, which is also the most amazing part for us. Only a few workers are working in the huge production workshop, which shows the high degree of automation of the production line. We witnessed the whole production process of bottles of Wahaha drinks. Empty bottles with nothing go through the production line, become finished drinks, and then put them into boxes. The whole process is fully automatic and fast, and several workers are only responsible for the removal of fakes and the maintenance of equipment. 3. Hangzhou Digital Source Technology Co., Ltd.

After visiting Hangzhou Wahaha Group, we immediately visited Hangzhou Digital Source Technology Co., Ltd.. Invested and controlled by West Lake Electronics Group Co., Ltd., it is mainly engaged in high-tech digital electronic information and communication products, mainly engaged in digital video and audio products, digital (analog) color TVs, communication equipment, etc. Xiasha Digital Source Science and Technology Information Industrial Park has 1 machine insertion workshop, 16 color TV production line and two set-top box production lines, which are composed of high-speed mounters and automatic plug-in machines. The annual production capacity of digital color TVs and large-screen LCD color TVs exceeds 2 million sets, and the number of digital TV set-top boxes reaches 1 10,000 sets.

We mainly visited the automatic production line of color TV without the explanation of technicians, but this did not affect our visit, because the whole production process was clear at a glance. We see that skilled workers in all parts of the production line are responsible for different processes, some are responsible for assembly and some are responsible for debugging. One by one scattered parts, after the production line, formed the finished TV set. Because each worker is only responsible for a small part of production, their technology is very skilled. Although the automation level of the production line is not high, the production efficiency can still be high.

"Mechatronics" is a technology with machinery as the main body, combined with microelectronics technology, especially computer control technology, which runs through the whole design and manufacturing process. My main job is the routine maintenance of Yamaha mounting equipment. The mounting equipment required for SMT includes printing machine, inspection machine, high-speed mounter, reflow oven, etc. Among them, the failure rate of mounter is relatively common and needs careful maintenance. Its work scope is mainly monthly maintenance and annual maintenance. The monthly maintenance is mainly to clean the air circuit attached to the machine and the main moving parts of the machine. Annual maintenance is to thoroughly clean the gas path, replace worn or damaged parts, and adjust the accuracy of mounter. In three months' work, through the careful guidance of leaders and the enthusiastic help of colleagues, I have basically understood and mastered the working principle and daily maintenance methods of mounter, and can simply repair its common faults. On this basis, I also read a lot of books about Yamaha mounter, from the development history of the machine to the future prospect; From the basic operation of the machine to the simple handling of faults, it has been greatly improved.

In addition, besides studying Yamaha mounter, I also mastered the daily maintenance of Yamaha printing machine and the basic operation of Kohyoung SPI tester. In the whole mounting process, the quality of printing has a great influence on the quality of the whole substrate mounting, and the detector is an important guarantee for high-quality printing. Wherein, the printing machine grinds the solder paste into micron-sized particles, moves back and forth on the steel screen through a scraper, and prints the solder paste on the substrate; SPI detector comprehensively analyzes the volume, area, thickness and other aspects of solder paste on the pad by using three-dimensional technology, and feeds back the results to the upstream printer and the downstream mounter, thus ensuring the quality of the patch. So the study of SMT technology is another important milestone in my internship.
