Service rules
1. When consumers participate in the consumption of catering, retail and life service businesses, they can enter the merchant page of Enjoy Tour Heluo Platform or scan the QR code of in-store business activities to use coupons, and the actual consumption amount is greater than or equal to the coupon usage rules. When paying, the system will automatically retrieve the available universal coupons to deduct the amount of coupons; After the merchant writes off, the part exceeding the deduction amount shall be paid to the merchant separately by the consumer;
2. Consumers can go to the merchant page of Changyou Heluo platform and buy the corresponding products of the merchants online when they participate in the scenic spots and accommodation businesses of coupon activities. When paying, the system will automatically retrieve the available universal vouchers for deduction; Merchants use platform verification tools to write off products;
3. When a consumer buys a new car in a designated car company with a car purchase ticket, the car company will write off the coupon according to the activity rules, and give the coupon an equal face value reduction when collecting the car purchase price. Consumers are required to provide their original identity documents or relevant certificates of immediate family members, which will be reviewed and kept by the merchants. The cancellation of coupons, the payment of bus fare and the issuance of invoices must be completed before the end of the event and reported to the event organizer for review.
4. When using shopping vouchers, based on the particularity of the purchase process, after signing the purchase contract, subsidies will be given in the form of return. The rules are as follows: Take the deposit receipt and subscription time issued by the real estate enterprise as the basis for determining whether the purchase order is within the validity period of the coupon. Take the formal purchase contract or purchase invoice as the basis for determining the settlement of the subsidy for consumer vouchers, and settle the subsidy to the real estate enterprise after examination, and the real estate enterprise will distribute the subsidy to the purchaser, and the real estate enterprise shall keep and provide the receipt for purchasing the subsidy for consumer vouchers.
