2 Qualification requirements for bidders:

A. A bidder must meet the following conditions:

(1) A legitimate supplier who complies with the Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations;

(2) There has been no violation of laws and regulations in government procurement bidding activities in the past three years;

(3) The bidder must be an independent legal person who has handled industrial and commercial registration and can bear civil liability independently;

(4) Holding the special design and professional contracting fund of environmental engineering of Grade III or above issued by the environmental protection department

;

(5) Commitment to fulfill the provisions of the Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China, Decree No.31 on Bidding and Bidding for Construction Projects jointly issued by seven ministries and commissions of the State, and Measures for Implementing the Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China in Hunan Province; Abide by national laws and administrative regulations, and have a good reputation and honest professional ethics;

B. Bidders must provide the following original supporting materials when registering:
