In order to strengthen the construction of managers and professional and technical personnel in public institutions and continuously optimize the personnel structure of public institutions, it is decided through research that some public institutions will openly recruit college graduates. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Recruitment Plan: **54 people (see Annex I for details).

Second, the recruitment target and conditions

1. Unemployed graduates from Funing in 2008 and previous years listed in the national general enrollment plan;

5. Academic qualifications, majors and qualifications that meet the requirements of the recruitment position;

6. Under the age of 35 (1born after August 5, 973) and in good health.

Third, recruitment methods and procedures

1. Registration: Those who meet the recruitment requirements will register at the county talent service center from August 5 to August 8, 2009 (8: 00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. and 3:00-6:00 p.m.) (address: No.45 Fucheng Street, the second floor behind the county party and government building) When registering, you must bring the originals and copies of graduation certificate, degree certificate, registration certificate (or employment agreement for unused graduates), resident ID card, household registration certificate, English grade certificate, computer grade certificate and other related documents and materials, pay the registration fee of 98 yuan, and fill out the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Funing County Institutions (in duplicate). (2) evaluation. Mainly based on the documents and personal files provided by the applicants within the specified time, and according to the evaluation criteria (see Annex II for details), the scores are quantified one by one.

According to the weight of examination scores accounting for 80% and assessment scores accounting for 20%, the comprehensive scores of each candidate are determined.

4. Determine the candidate to be hired: (1) Determine the candidate to be hired from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 1 in the recruitment plan; (2) Determining the candidates to be hired embodies the principle of giving priority to high scores. First of all, search for high-scoring candidates from high score to low score according to job volunteers and candidates' comprehensive scores, and give priority to high-scoring candidates. Search from the first choice of candidates to the second choice and then to the third choice; (3) Those who have the same job aspirations and the same comprehensive scores are given priority in the order of family poverty (subject to the minimum living allowance issued by the county civil affairs department), bachelor degree, party member of the Communist Party of China, outstanding student cadres at the school level, English level and computer level; (4) If a vacancy occurs because the specific job recruitment plan is not full, and the candidate voluntarily fills in and meets the qualification conditions of the vacant position, the recruitment leading group of the county institution will determine the adjustment object from high score to low score.

5. Physical examination: Organize candidates to have a physical examination. The physical examination shall be carried out according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation), and those who fail the physical examination shall not be employed. If there is a vacancy in the post plan due to unqualified medical examination, it will be replenished from high score to low score according to the post volunteers and the comprehensive scores of candidates.

6. Political review: comprehensively review the candidates' files, and at the same time, the village, community and police station where the household registration is located will issue political review materials.

7. Publicity: Publicize the personnel to be hired (7 days). During the publicity period, if an individual voluntarily gives up or is disqualified after investigation, he will not be replaced.

8. Handling employment procedures: After being approved by the county party committee and the county government, the county personnel department shall handle relevant employment procedures. All new recruits will be given a one-year probation period, and those who pass the examination after the probation period will go through the formal recruitment procedures. Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and choose their own jobs. Officially employed personnel enjoy the relevant treatment of similar personnel in public institutions.

Four. Description of specific matters

2. 3. The deadline for the required documents and materials for registration is 6: 00 pm on August 8, 2009, and it will not be accepted after the deadline. Candidates' personal files must be transferred to the county talent service center before the political review. When handling the employment procedures, you must provide the "Registration Certificate" issued by the Provincial Department of Education. Otherwise, the employment procedures will not be handled and the employment plan will be cancelled at your own risk.

4.
