"With the strong backing of well-known domestic universities and organized by 76 national student newspapers and magazines, the China Secondary School Student Composition Competition is one of the largest, highest standard and most authoritative brand competitions in China's secondary school education sector.

Competition Procedures:
1. Preliminary Contest. October - December 2006
From now until the end of the year, please submit your entries according to the topics provided by the organizing committee of the contest. At that time, the Chongqing Region will select 60 first prize-winning works (30 for middle school and 30 for high school) and submit them to the organizing committee of the contest. At the same time, the Chongqing region will also select 300 second-prize, 600 third-prize, tutoring awards and a number of organization awards.
Special note: all submissions should have a comment from the instructor (no limit on the number of words)
2. Re-contest: January - February 2007
The works selected by the contest office in each region will be numbered, grouped in threes, and evaluated by the jury experts, and accepted from the best, and then the works from each junior high school and senior high school will be selected as 50% of the total works. 50% of the works to the jury unified evaluation. On this basis, and then select the junior and senior high school 60 each for the finals.
3. Final: April 2007
The 120 contestants who entered the final were tested on listening, reading and writing, and 20 grand prizes were selected as "Stars of Hengyuanxiang Literature" from the 120 first prize winners.
4.
