3. For all personnel who have come to Qionglai and whose "health code" is green, a sign prompt of "less than 3 days since coming to Qionglai" will be displayed on the display interfaces such as "health code" and "location code"; Unmark prompt that "health code" is still green code after 3 days of arrival in Qiong.
4. People who have been in Qionglai for less than 3 days are not allowed to go to restaurants, supermarkets (including vegetable markets), leisure and entertainment (including dance halls, karaoke bars, cinemas, Internet cafes, secret rooms, recreation halls, chess rooms, bathing, etc.), cultural and sports facilities (including libraries and gyms, etc.) and other indoor crowd gathering places.

Article 3 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases
According to the outbreak, epidemic situation and degree of harm of infectious diseases, legal infectious diseases in China are divided into three categories: A, B and C. Among them, Class A infectious diseases include plague and cholera, Class B infectious diseases include infectious atypical pneumonia, AIDS, viral hepatitis, poliomyelitis and human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza, and Class C infectious diseases include influenza, mumps and rubella. For other infectious diseases other than those prescribed by law, if they need to be listed as Class B and Class C infectious diseases according to their outbreak, epidemic situation and degree of harm, the administrative department of health of the State Council shall decide and publish them.

Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels undertake the monitoring, prediction, epidemiological investigation, epidemic situation report and other prevention and control work of infectious diseases. Medical institutions undertake the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases in the responsible areas. Under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, urban communities and rural grassroots medical institutions shall undertake the corresponding prevention and control of infectious diseases in urban communities and rural grassroots.
