Before adding a printer, first find the driver of the network printer and install it on this machine, because this driver will be used later. After installing the driver, you can delete the newly installed printer.

At this point, you can start adding printers. Open devices and printers in Control Panel, and then select Add Printer:

Choose to add a local printer in the open window, which many people didn't expect. Then click Next:

Select Create New Window in the printer port selection window that opens. The port type is local, and then click Next:

The port name dialog box will pop up, and you can enter the network address of the network printer. You can check my network places to determine the printer address used by the other party, and then click Next:

The window for installing the printer driver will open, because we have installed the printer driver of this model before, so we only need to choose according to the brand and model:

At this point, you will be prompted that the driver has been installed. Just click the next one, and then click the next one all the time. If it is done best, the printer will be added successfully. You can print a test page and try it. It worked!
