Shuozhou Radio and TV University, referred to as Shuozhou Radio and TV University for short, was founded in 1990 and is the only institution of higher learning in our city. It is also the only training point and assessment point in Shuozhou approved by the provincial computer application ability assessment office. For more than ten years, with the care of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, it has developed rapidly. In addition to the departments directly under the branch school, there are ten workstations and schools.
There are 4 1 faculty in the school, including 8 associate professors and 23 lecturers. The school has advanced teaching facilities, including Ku-band digital satellite receiving system, IP/VBI data broadcasting receiving system, independent website with backbone gigabit switching to desktop, and two-way video conference system supported by ATM broadband network.
Multimedia network classroom, audio-visual reading room, voice laboratory, RTVU online platform, telephone answering. A multi-level, multi-form, multi-educational system and multi-channel school-running system has been initially formed, with more than 3,200 students.
It has trained a large number of practical talents for Shuozhou, played an important role in improving the quality of workers in Shuozhou and promoting economic construction and social development, and has been rewarded and commended by superiors many times.

After graduation, students majoring in radio and television can engage in news, planning, program director, camera, editing, writing, post-production, editing, and even lighting and recording in radio, film and television systems or other departments. You can also be a producer in the column group set up by TV channels, or you can be a broadcast host.
Jobs: copywriter, director, technical engineer, operation and maintenance engineer, film director, sales manager, technical support engineer, director, post-production of film and television and various media as reporters, news editing, news program planning, news column host, or engaged in news communication management in party and government organs, enterprises and institutions.
