Guangdong Cuisine Association (hereinafter referred to as "Guangdong Cuisine Association") was established in 1987 and officially registered in the Civil Affairs Department of Guangdong Province in 1988. It is one of the earliest registered associations in the province. The competent business unit is Guangdong Economic and Trade Commission. Guangdong Cuisine Association is a province-wide cross-departmental and cross-ownership industry organization and non-profit social organization, which is composed of enterprises, institutions, groups, chefs, experts, scholars and management personnel engaged in catering business, cooking management, cooking teaching, cooking theory and food nutrition research in Guangdong Province.
