the prevention area shall be managed by "strengthening social control and strictly restricting the gathering of people", and it is not necessary to leave the city. In principle, only 1 entrances and exits shall be set up in each village and community, and normal prevention and control measures shall be implemented.

II. Safeguard measures

2. After entering Zhuozhou, nucleic acid testing will be carried out immediately, and relevant prevention and control measures will be implemented as required before they can flow in an orderly manner.

3. Buses, taxis, and internet cars are suspended.

4. If it is really necessary to leave Zhuoren due to special circumstances, such as guaranteeing the supply of vehicles, seeking medical treatment, etc., it is necessary to take the initiative to report to the destination, hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, have no abnormality in the health code travel card, and have no trajectory crossing with the positive infected persons and their close contacts in our city.

5. All primary and secondary schools in the city will not return to school for the time being and conduct online teaching according to the principle of "stopping classes and not dropping off the line". The specific time for returning to school will be announced separately; Boarding schools continue to implement closed management measures.

6. if the enterprises in the city meet the requirements of prevention and control, they will resume production and return to work in an orderly manner. In principle, foreign employees of enterprises will not return to Zhuo for the time being; Local employees of enterprises should strictly implement normalized prevention and control measures and implement closed-loop management.

7. The scenic spots, KTV, chess room, bathroom, swimming pool, electronic game hall, Internet cafe and cinema are closed; Parks, squares and religious places are temporarily closed; Supermarkets, pharmacies and other business units that protect people's livelihood should strictly implement normalization measures such as wearing masks, measuring temperature and testing codes, disinfection and disinfection, and reasonably control the number of personnel.
