article 1 scope

all employees of the company who have worked hard for a long time and promoted the business development of the company or made special contributions will be rewarded according to this system.

article 2 types of awards

this system stipulates that there are four types of awards: seniority award, creativity award, merit award and attendance award.

article 3 seniority award

employees of our company who have served for over 11 years, 21 years and 31 years, and whose service achievements and attitudes are excellent, will be awarded the 11-year, 21-year and 31-year service awards respectively.

Article 4 Creation Award

The employees of our company who meet one of the following conditions will be awarded the creation award after passing the examination:

Those who design new products and make special contributions to our company;

those who are engaged in business development or improvement, and contribute to saving funds, improving efficiency or other aspects of business rationalization;

those who have not yet reached the level of invention in originality, but have made special contributions to the development of the company's production technology and other businesses;

the above-mentioned items should be observed for at least 6 months, and only when the effect is judged to be really good can they be effective.

Article 5 Merit Award

An employee of this company who meets one of the following conditions will be awarded a merit award after examination:

Engaged in special behaviors that have made significant contributions to this company;

has made special contributions to enhancing the reputation of the company;

damage to the company can be prevented before it happens;

In case of extraordinary events, such as disasters and accidents, be able to respond to the situation and take appropriate measures;

Article 6 Attendance Award

All employees of our company who have not been absent for 1 consecutive years will be awarded attendance award after examination; Its reward method is to award prizes.

article 7 reward methods

the company rewards in three ways: prizes, bonuses and certificates.

Article 8 Bonuses and Certificates. For creation awards and merit awards, bonuses and certificates may be awarded according to grades.

Article 9 Prizes

Prizes and certificates shall be awarded to the service seniority award, and the contents of the prizes shall be determined according to the operating conditions of the enterprise in the current year and the needs of employees.

Article 11 Rewarding

Employees will be rewarded in any of the following circumstances:

After accepting the reward according to Article 4, the effect will be assessed as the highest creative time; Or when the same employee implements and improves the same matter again;

after receiving the award according to Article 5, his merits are re-evaluated as higher;

The review of re-award mentioned in the preceding paragraph is the same as that in Article 4 or Article 5, and the amount of bonus awarded is the difference between the bonus determined in the review and the original bonus.
