At the same time, the company also devoted itself to researching catering services for specific groups of people, and opened the "Speed Castle" gourmet restaurant in Hangzhou's Central Business District, which is located in the white-collar crowd, and took advantage of the situation to introduce the "Speed Castle", a new brand of Grandma's House, into the market, and then settled in two other high-grade business buildings, the World Trade Center and the Zhongtian Mansion. The restaurant also won awards for its international à la carte style fast food. The international à la carte fast food has also won the favor of communications giant Huawei 3COM, which opened a new store in August.

With the successful operation of the two brands of Grandma's, it marks the initial completion of the construction of various grades of hotels of Zhejiang Grandma's Catering Co., Ltd. and the company has started to further specialize its services.

In August 2004, the professional distribution and logistics center of Grandma's was established, and a hotel system with a more international standardized system began to operate in Grandma's hotels.

In 2006, there will be another batch of stores in many areas of Hangzhou, providing more convenience to consumers.
