1. Open the mobile phone WeChat client and select the search box above-Meituan.

2. After entering the official WeChat account, click the delicious takeaway option at the bottom left.

3. Next, click the order options below to view your ongoing and completed orders.

4. Then click View Details, and you can click Evaluate to get points reward.

5. Then slide down to find the Meituan catering customer service option, and click it to pop up the consultation dialog box.

6. You can choose the question type according to the prompt, or you can enter the content and click Send.

7. In the pop-up dialog box, choose to jump to manual input for consultation.
