Tianlong International Project, located in the south new area of Ezhou City, is a large-scale key investment promotion project introduced by Ezhou Municipal Government in 2119. The total land area of the project is about 119124 square meters, and it consists of a 51-meter super-high five-star hotel (21,111 square meters in front of the hotel and 18.8 mu in the mountain park behind the hotel), 6 boutique houses and 1 high-end office buildings. The one-time investment of the project is 1.7 billion yuan, including 611 million hotels, 411 million high-end office buildings and 711 million boutique houses.
