Permit conditions:

1. Have a place for food raw material processing, food processing and storage suitable for the variety and quantity of food to be produced and supplied, keep the environment of the place clean and tidy, and keep a specified distance from toxic and harmful places and other pollution sources;

2. Having business equipment or facilities suitable for the variety and quantity of food to be produced and supplied, and corresponding equipment or facilities for disinfection, changing clothes, washing hands, lighting, lighting, ventilation, refrigeration, dust prevention, fly prevention, rodent prevention, insect prevention, washing, wastewater treatment and garbage and waste storage;

(7) Relevant legal use certificates such as house ownership certificate or lease agreement of catering service places. The location of catering service places should meet the requirements (the location is more than 25m away from pollution sources such as cesspits, sewage pools, exposed garbage dumps (stations) and dry toilets, and it is set outside the influence of dust, harmful gases, radioactive substances and other diffuse pollution sources);

(8) the location map, floor plan, equipment layout, processing flow, sanitary facilities and other schematic diagrams and descriptions of the catering service business premises (the total area of the business premises, the names and areas of each function room, the positions of sanitary facilities such as cleaning and disinfection, the positions of doors and windows, and the direction of people flow and logistics shall be indicated);

(9) various rules and regulations to ensure food safety;
