Quanjude Yang Mingquan has this one person?
Quanjude is a Chinese restaurant chain that specializes in roast duck, and is also one of China's well-known trademarks and a famous old Chinese brand. It was founded in 1864 by Yang Shoushan (杨壽山), a native of Jixian (冀县), Hebei Province (河北), who was famous for making Peking duck. Yang Mingquan, a native of Jixian County, Hebei Province, first created the "hanging oven roast duck", whose color and flavor are not inferior to the original practice of roast duck, "stewed oven roast duck", and in 1952, the last generation of public-private partnership, the owner Yang Fulai. After several generations of Quanjude people's entrepreneurial struggle to obtain significant development, in January 1999 "Quanjude" was recognized by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce as a "well-known trademark", in June 2008, Quanjude hanging oven roast duck technology was included in the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.
