The so-called "relying on mountains to eat mountains and relying on the sea to eat the sea", when these simple and simple fishermen watched the seafood such as kelp and oysters that they had worked hard for half a year being polluted overnight, and a large number of dead fish appeared in the hard-earned fish, they felt that the sky in their hearts had collapsed and their lives suddenly lost hope.

The people of Fengwei, whose health is threatened and their lifestyle is hindered, are very angry. A strong man with some blood took his uncles and brothers to the sewage treatment plant to discuss. The eloquent women also went to the local village government for advice, but there was still no result. Seeing that there was no way to complain, someone asked for media help, so we contacted several media outlets such as Quanzhou Evening News and Southeast Morning Post to report the situation, but for some reason, no reporter arrived, only to see some government leaders come down to appease the public's anger and deceive themselves and say, "This water is nontoxic and harmless." This prevarication is ridiculous. More dramatically, when these officials stood in the sewage plant and said these words, they all covered their noses tightly. What's more, some low-level officials tried to intimidate people, gave enthusiastic suggestions and made many gaffes. There is really only one word difference between "public servant" and "public enemy".

The people of China have always been a very patient group. These simple-minded and ignorant people would never hold such a large-scale rally and protest if they were not cornered. As you can imagine, a large group of people stayed at the sewage plant by turns all night to prevent the sewage plant from secretly discharging pollutants in the middle of the night. As a new oil town, the discharge of pollutants is naturally understandable. The district government originally planned to build the sewage treatment plant in Nanpu town, which is close to the petrochemical base and sparsely populated. However, after learning the situation, the local people and the village government resolutely resisted and had to consider rebuilding the disposal site to other towns and villages, so they revised the plan and changed the location many times, but they were always desperately resisted by the masses. However, the initial agreement only dealt with industrial wastewater from petrochemical base, and later industrial wastewater from leather factories and plastic factories was gradually introduced here. Among them, the shameless insider and the stinking trade are unknown. As we all know, according to the law, the factory is responsible for the people at the sewage disposal point, so there will be a high financial compensation similar to the medical insurance fund, which will be decentralized by the local village government. However, the villagers in Chengping Village have never seen a penny so far, and the secretary of "Chen Shunfu", the former village head, is only a village official and has no other source of business. He can not only provide for four children to go to college, but also build a foreign building and buy a mansion in Xiamen. No wonder an old woman cried when asking for the opinions of the village government: "This is a government that harms people." Hearing this, I was deeply moved. The new rural construction advocated by the central government has been distorted to this extent at the bottom, and the new rural construction has a long way to go.
