(D) the change of enterprise registration should be submitted to the documents, materials:

1. the legal representative of the enterprise signed the application for registration of change;

2. In accordance with the "Company Law" to make changes in the resolution or decision;

3. the registration authority requires the submission of other documents.

4. If the change of the enterprise involves the amendment of the articles of association, the amended articles of association or the amendment to the articles of association shall be submitted.

If the change of business scope of an enterprise involves special examination and approval, it shall submit the approval documents of the relevant departments.

If an enterprise changes its shareholders, it shall submit the share transfer agreement signed by all shareholders and the new shareholders' certificates of legal personality or natural person's identity. . If the shareholders of a limited liability company or the promoters of a joint-stock company change their names, they shall submit documents proving that they have changed their names in accordance with the law for registration of the change.

If an enterprise changes its type, it shall submit the relevant documents according to the establishment conditions of the type of company to be changed.

In the case of a merger or demerger of an enterprise, the merger agreement and the resolution or decision on the merger or demerger shall be submitted, as well as the announcement of the merger or demerger published by the enterprise in the newspaper (at least three times of the description of the debt settlement or debt guarantee situation). In the case of a merger or separation of a joint stock limited company, the approval documents of the relevant department of the State Council or the people's government of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government shall also be submitted.

(E) enterprise deregistration documents and materials to be submitted:

1. application for deregistration signed by the person in charge of the enterprise liquidation organization;

2. court bankruptcy rulings, the company in accordance with the "Company Law" made a resolution or decision, the administrative organs to order the closure of the document;

3. shareholders or the relevant authorities to confirm the liquidation report;

4. The original and duplicate copies of the Business License of Enterprise Legal Person.

5. Other documents required by laws and administrative regulations to be submitted.

(F) the enterprise to go out to set up branches or shareholding in the establishment of limited liability companies should be submitted to the documents, materials:

1, application for going out to set up branches or shareholding in the establishment of a limited liability company's application report;

2, the enterprise's registered capital to invest in a full proof of capital verification;

3, "Legal Person Business License" copy of a copy.
