Chapter I Project Overview
1. 1 engineering situation
The Xx building project is located on the east side of xx Square, at the intersection of bustling xx Road, xx Street and xx Street, adjacent to xx Hotel in the south and xx Building in the north. The geographical position is superior, belonging to the most important prime location in XX city. This project consists of two towers with a total construction area of 1 13 170m2. Block A is a 5 1 storey super high-rise building with a height of 200.8m, which is a five-star international hotel. Block B is a 30-story super high-rise building with a height of 1 13.7m, and it is a fully intelligent office building. It is a comprehensive commercial building integrating hotels, restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, entertainment, fitness and office. The magnificent appearance and luxurious decoration, like two bright pearls, add a new landscape to the bustling city.
This project is designed by ×× Architectural Design and Research Institute, and the steel structure part is jointly designed with ×× Architectural Research Institute.
1.2. Site situation
The building is surrounded by the street, which is the main traffic artery of the city. The traffic is busy and inconvenient. Materials and tools transportation, loading and unloading, concrete pouring need to go through the formalities of occupying roads and environmental protection. The construction site is narrow, the mechanical layout is difficult, there is no material stacking and processing site on site, and the materials and construction machinery needed for the project need secondary transportation, which brings a lot of inconvenience to the organization of construction.
1.3. Meteorological and geological conditions
1. The geological conditions in this project area are basically moderately weathered and strongly weathered slate and diabase, and the foundation is located on moderately weathered slate and moderately weathered diabase. Groundwater is bedrock fissure water and rainwater, and the static water level is14.00m above sea level.
2. The highest temperature in this area is 34.4℃, the lowest temperature is -2 1. 1℃, and the annual average temperature is 24.4℃. The average wind speed in summer is 4.2m/S, the annual rainfall is 67 1mm, and the daily maximum rainfall is 149mm. June and July are rainy seasons, which belong to a typical temperate maritime climate.
1.4. Structure overview
1. The elevation of 0.00m in this project is equivalent to 23.30m above sea level.
2. The ×××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××× The structure has high seismic grade and heavy load, and various structural technologies are adopted, including reinforced concrete structure (RC structure), reinforced concrete structure (SRC structure) and steel-concrete structure.
3 The outer frame column of basement in Building A of this project adopts reinforced concrete column, which is welded by 40 and 50mm steel plates, and the column and core tube adopt high-strength concrete. The structure form of the above-ground part is the core tube-outer tube thin column structure system, and the reinforced concrete (steel bar) core tube is below the seventh floor; Surrounding steel reinforced concrete column, reinforced concrete beam slab structure, reinforced concrete core tube (reinforced steel column)-surrounding steel frame, steel beam, profiled steel plate reinforced concrete beam slab structure, with a steel structure of 5500t, is the first super-high-rise building in China that is completely localized, domestically designed, domestically processed and generally contracted.
