What are the hazards of drinking too much?
① People who drink heavily, especially those who drink heavily for a long time, have low nutritional status.
On the one hand, drinking heavily reduces the intake of carbohydrates, protein and fat, and the intake of vitamins and minerals can not meet the requirements; On the other hand, heavy drinking will damage the intestinal mucosa and liver function, thus affecting the digestion, absorption and operation of almost all nutrients; In addition, acute alcoholism may cause pancreatitis, resulting in insufficient secretion of pancreas, which in turn affects the absorption and utilization of protein, fat and fat-soluble vitamins; In severe cases, it can also lead to alcohol malnutrition.
② Alcohol has a direct toxic effect on the liver,
Ethanol absorbed into the blood is metabolized in the liver, which causes the change of its redox state, thus interfering with the normal metabolism of nutrients such as lipids, sugars and protein, and also affecting the normal detoxification function of the liver.
Liver fat increase and metabolic disorder can still be observed within a few days after drinking a lot of alcohol at one time. Acetaldehyde is an intermediate product of ethanol metabolism in the liver. It is a very active compound, which is one of the main factors of liver disease caused by alcohol. Long-term excessive drinking is closely related to fatty liver, perihepatic fibrosis, alcoholic hepatitis and cirrhosis.
Among people who drink more than 50g a day, the number of people who develop cirrhosis after 10- 15 accounts for about 2% every year. 40% of liver cirrhosis deaths are caused by alcoholism. Excessive drinking will also increase the risk of diseases such as hypertension and stroke; It will also lead to an increase in accidents and violence, which is harmful to personal health and social stability. Alcoholism should be strictly prohibited. In addition, drinking alcohol will increase the risk of breast cancer and digestive tract cancer.
③ Influence on bones
The effect of alcohol on bones also depends on the amount and duration of drinking. Long-term excessive drinking causes significant changes in mineral metabolism, such as decreased serum calcium and phosphorus levels and magnesium deficiency, which can lead to abnormal bone mass, easily increase the incidence of osteoporosis and easily lead to fractures.
④ Drinking alcohol by pregnant women is harmful to the fetus.
Drinking alcohol in pregnant women is easy to make the fetus suffer from alcoholism syndrome. The typical characteristics of this poisoned fetus are: low weight, abnormal heart and limbs, low development of central nervous system and mental retardation. Long-term excessive drinking can also lead to serious health problems such as alcohol dependence and addiction.
How much is the most reliable drink?
In the Dietary Guidelines for China Residents, the recommended limit for adults to drink moderately is that adult males should not drink more than 25g a day, which is equivalent to 750ml of beer, 250ml of wine, 75g of 38-degree liquor or 50g of high-alcohol liquor, and adult females should not drink more than 15g a day, which is equivalent to 450ml of beer, 0/50ml of wine or 50g of 38-degree liquor.

Outline:
The risk of alcohol-induced diseases
Judgment of drunkenness
Are you suitable for drinking?
Hangover?
A healthier way to drink.
Text: Today I want to talk about "alcohol" and health from the above aspects.
It usually takes about 6 minutes to read the whole article. If you can't finish reading it, it is recommended not to open it.
1, drinking risk
Alcohol is a pure energy food and contains almost no nutrients. Long-term drinking will cause nutritional deficiency, harm to human digestive system, cardiovascular system and nervous system, and increase the risk of metabolic diseases such as hypertension and stroke.
Can you stop drinking? Try not to drink.
Step 2 judge the degree of drunkenness
3. Are you suitable for drinking?
(1) Pregnant women are not suitable. Drinking alcohol during pregnancy may lead to fetal malformation and impaired intellectual development.
(2) Children, the organs of the body are not fully developed, and drinking will cause serious harm to the body.
Children's alcohol detoxification ability is low, which can lead to death in severe cases.
(3) People who are allergic to alcohol are not suitable for drinking, and they will feel dizzy and sick after drinking.
4. Hangover?
No food has the effect of relieving alcoholism.
But some foods such as milk thistle, turmeric, beetroot and broccoli can protect the liver, but they can't detoxify it. As for the hangover drugs with different opinions, improper use may also cause damage to the liver.
5. How to drink alcohol healthily?
Adult men drink no more than 25 grams a day,
How much is 25g alcohol? Converted into wine is as follows: 750ml beer (one bottle), 250ml wine (one cup) and 75ml38-degree liquor (one small cup).
Adult women drink no more than 15g a day.
Equivalent to 450ml of beer, 150ml of wine and 50ml of liquor.
The best way to protect your health is to drink as little or no alcohol as possible. If you really want to drink, eat some food to pad your stomach before drinking, so as to reduce the stimulation of drinking on an empty stomach to the esophagus and gastrointestinal tract.
As we all know, overeating will increase the chance of heart damage by 500%, so how much is the safe range? How to define "moderate" drinking? Researchers at Duke University in the United States believe that no matter what kind of wine, it is best not to exceed three glasses in 24 hours, while researchers at Harvard University give a more specific figure. From this figure, the drinking habits of ordinary people are slightly excessive.
Fully consider the following factors. When there are factors that are not conducive to drinking, we should consider not drinking at all or reducing the amount of drinking to ensure that the harm of alcohol to the body is minimized.
Occupation: Drivers are not allowed to drink alcohol before and during driving. According to the law, the driver's alcohol content per 100 ml of blood should not exceed 20 mg (as mentioned above) when driving. Equipment operators, personnel engaged in dangerous operations and aerial work, and those who need attention, skills or coordination should not drink alcohol before and during work. Because alcohol can inhibit the central nervous system, thus reducing the attention and judgment to speed, distance and emergencies, the reaction time to deal with events will be prolonged, vision and consciousness may be blurred, and muscle control and coordination may be lost. So it means that traffic accidents or work-related injuries, or even death, are likely to occur. Studies have shown that the reaction speed of braking after seeing a red light after drinking will be 0.2 seconds slower, that is, the car with 60 km/h will move forward 3.3 meters, which greatly increases the accident probability.
Age: Minors should avoid drinking alcohol, healthy adults should not exceed the standard if they need to drink alcohol, and the elderly should reduce or not drink alcohol appropriately.
Minors should not drink alcohol. If they need to drink a small amount of alcoholic beverages, they should be supervised by adults and given appropriate guidance and dissuasion. At the same time, advocating teenagers not to drink alcohol is also in line with China's relevant laws and regulations. For example, Article 19 of the Measures for the Administration of Liquor Circulation clearly stipulates that liquor operators shall not sell alcoholic products to minors, and shall make it clear in a prominent position in their business premises. For another example, GB 10344-2005 General Rules for Prepackaged Drinks issued by AQSIQ in September 2005 was officially implemented on June 10 and 1 day, 2006, including beer, wine, fruit wine and liquor. It will be suggested that relevant enterprises adopt "Excessive drinking is harmful to health" on the bottle label. The influence of alcohol on minors is related to their figure and development stage. Young people are generally smaller than adults and have less tolerance for alcohol. At the same time, they lack drinking experience and have no standards for drinking behavior. According to statistics, the younger the drinking age, the greater the harm caused by alcohol in the following time. We should help teenagers understand the harm of drinking and alcohol, help them form a correct understanding of drinking and reduce the harm of alcohol to them and others.
Old people should not drink alcohol or a small amount of alcohol, and low-alcohol wine is appropriate. For many elderly people, drinking brings them great psychological and social benefits, but their body's tolerance to alcohol decreases with age. Old people often suffer from many diseases, which are often aggravated by drinking. Excessive drinking is one of the factors causing senile depression, and it will also accelerate the condition of Alzheimer's disease. In addition, many drugs taken by the elderly may interact with alcohol and bring harm. At the same time, the risk of elderly people falling down after drinking is also greatly increased.
Drinking time: According to the biological rhythm characteristics of the human body, various enzymes in the human body are generally active in the afternoon, so moderate drinking at dinner is less harmful to the body.
Mode: a small amount of slow drinking is more appropriate; Don't try to be brave, drink too hard and too fast, and don't smoke while drinking, which will aggravate the damage to your body. It's best served with food and beverage. Eat some food before drinking or eat lean meat, beans, eggs, milk and other foods rich in protein and fresh vegetables. Food in the stomach will delay the absorption of alcohol, reduce the absorption rate, and have a certain protective effect on gastric mucosa. Drinking alcohol on an empty stomach, especially drinking a lot, is easy to cause serious damage to gastrointestinal mucosa.
Mental state: because when the physical condition and mental state are good, the human body has a strong ability to decompose alcohol. When you are in a good mood and have something to celebrate, you can drink a small amount or a moderate amount of wine; It is best not to drink when you are upset, depressed and lonely.
Gender: Women are more susceptible to alcohol than men. At the same time, women are more prone to acetate dehydrogenase deficiency than men, so women are not good at drinking and should drink less than men.
Health status: When you are sick, you should give up drinking or follow the doctor's advice to avoid aggravating your illness or adding new diseases. What needs to be emphasized is that you should have regular physical examinations, clearly grasp your health status, and avoid the potential harm caused by drinking because you think you are healthy. Especially for obese people, the hidden danger of physical diseases is greater, and the high fever produced by alcohol will further promote weight gain, which is not conducive to health. Therefore, obese people should try to avoid drinking or reduce the amount of drinking.
Allergy history: If you are allergic to alcohol, you should avoid drinking alcohol.
Medication: When taking medicine, you should stop drinking or follow the doctor's advice.
Therefore, drinking should pay attention to the following principles:
1. Recognize that individual differences are the first principle of drinking;
Genetic factors, physical characteristics and health status directly determine a person's alcohol tolerance. In view of the negative effects of alcohol, for most people, not drinking is the first choice. When drinking is necessary, it is safe to drink as little as possible.
2. The best drinking time and good physical condition are the prerequisites for drinking;
3. Pay attention to a nutritious diet is an important factor in drinking;
4. Pay attention to the taboos in drinking, and absolutely forbid alcohol that is not suitable for drinking.
Many universities ask about drinking. If you are healthy and conditions permit, you can drink a little wine at ordinary times, not too much, just two or three cups, which can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, strengthen your body, and is very good for your health. Isn't there an old saying, "wine is the essence of food, and the more you drink, the younger you get."
How much wine a person drinks will not affect his health? I think the following are the decisive factors.
First, personal physique. Some people have good physical fitness and all the functions of the body work well. Drinking a little wine will decompose the liver immediately, which will not have much impact on the body. This kind of person can drink more appropriately. On the contrary, people with poor health will suffer more from drinking! Therefore, how much wine you drink will affect your health, depending on your physique.
Second, age. Young people have fast blood circulation and strong hangover relieving ability. Older people get drunk easily.
Therefore, it is suggested that ordinary people drink 2-5 cups of A Liang every day. It doesn't affect your health, but it can also relieve your appetite.
Be careful not to drink too much. Being drunk is very harmful to your health, especially to your liver. Too many times of drunkenness will cause irreversible damage to the liver, and even lead to diseases such as alcoholic hepatitis and hepatitis.
Therefore, Runtujun sincerely reminds everyone here that although wine is good, don't be greedy.
There are many false statements about wine. For example, drinking a little wine every day can prolong life; Wine is the essence of food, and the more you drink, the younger you get.
But in fact?
Alcohol does great harm to all major organs of the body. Can induce cancer such as esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, oral cancer and so on. At the same time, it will lead to gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, and it will also affect the absorption of nutrients, damage the health of blood vessels and accelerate the aging and lewdness of the brain.
According to the latest research results of the latest issue of The Lancet (an international authoritative medical journal), the study collected data of more than 600,000 drinkers in many countries around the world. Through research and analysis, it was found that drinking alcohol has the following hazards.
1. Increase the risk of all strokes.
In other words, drinking alcohol will increase the risk of all stroke diseases such as cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction and cerebral hemorrhage. There is no benefit.
And as long as you drink alcohol every week, it will increase.
2. Drinking more than 200g, or 4 ounces, per week means that the risk of cardiovascular disease is increasing.
3. If drinking more than 100g per week, all-cause mortality will increase, and if drinking more than 300g per week, the death rate will soar.
If a 4.40-year-old person consumes 350g of alcohol every week, it will be 50g every day. If they drink two ounces or two ounces of wine every day, they are expected to live five years less.
So, stop drinking.
There used to be a saying that wine can promote blood circulation, and drinking can make people feel happy.
Not long ago, The Lancet magazine published an article, through a global data survey,
Drinking is not good for your health, even if you only drink a little at a time, it is also harmful to your health.
In particular, the direct impact on the digestive tract and liver is the most obvious, followed by the entire cardiovascular system.
People who drink alcohol, over time, have arteriosclerosis, elevated blood lipids and blood pressure, which eventually lead to a series of related diseases.
However, these statements are inconsistent with our traditional belief that drinking is to promote blood circulation and pleasure feelings.
Let's just say that drinking seems no problem for a person, if he is still young.
Poetic realm, intoxicating pursuit and fanatical pride are all yearning in the depths of life and an artistic realm.
However, with the increase of age, the function of the body is declining and the problems of the body are increasing.
If the body's resistance is weakened again, everything will be worse than before, and everything will be like a passing cloud.
At this time, if you still drink, stay up late and be reckless like when you were young,
The body system is bound to retaliate against us. That's what I mean when I say at what age.
Another point is that, especially for people who drink white wine, there is such a rule in general.
The more you drink, the more you want to drink, the more you drink, the more you drink.
Few people can run out of this rule. In addition, some people say that if you control your alcohol intake, there will be no big problem.
In fact, when people drink, they often can't control it well, it's difficult to control it, and they don't want to control the alcohol intake.
The wine field was originally designed to get drunk, get excited, and look for collective revelry and personal revelry.
That's why everyone is here. Who can guarantee that the number of drinks will come to an abrupt end?
Another problem is alcohol. The more you drink, the more excited you will be, and eventually you will get drunk or even crazy.
If you keep sober and rational, you will lose the meaning and purpose of drinking at the party.
So from this point of view, it is best not to drink at all when you reach a certain age and drink for a certain year.
If you really can't quit drinking, you can have a drink at home by yourself.
Never go to drinking places and drinking parties frequently, because when you get there, if you are not careful,
Will repeat the same mistakes, will relive the old dreams, will reproduce yesterday.
At that time, I couldn't get out, and it was too late to regret it.
A glass of white wine every day, some people say it can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, others say it can soften blood vessels. This is not the case!
These are just excuses for people who drink.
There is nothing wrong with workplace entertainment, weddings and funerals, and drinking some wine, but if you eat at home, you have to drink it every day. What does this mean?
It can only show that you have developed a serious addiction to alcohol!
Although the daily alcohol intake of men in the Dietary Guidelines for China Residents does not exceed 25g;; The female does not exceed 15g, which is acceptable within this range.
However, pay attention to the wording. Just drink 25g, that is, half a glass of wine. It is not recommended to drink 25g every day. 25 fold into 53-degree liquor, which is about 1 2.
More importantly, for most people who drink, 1 has no feeling at all.
I have met people who drink every day, and they should drink at least three and a half pounds of alcohol, even more than 100g, otherwise there is no alcohol addiction at all, and drinking is equal to not drinking.
First of all, this is several times higher than the standard. If you drink this amount, you still insist on drinking every day every month. A month later, the damage has begun to accumulate. Including gastrointestinal ulcers, elevated blood pressure and heart rate, respiratory depression will gradually appear.
What are the benefits of drinking a glass of wine every day? Start drinking every day for health?
Forget it!
That's just an excuse for alcoholics.
In recent years, more and more observations show that even a small amount of alcohol is not good for your health, which means that no matter how much you drink, it is not good for your health.
First, why do you always see people who drink for a long life?
Seeing is believing, which is the true meaning of everyone's understanding of the world, but it may not be completely correct, because there are many fantasies in this world. What you see may not really exist, such as a mirage; What we can't see doesn't necessarily exist, such as WiFi signals. Of course, there are countless things in this world that we can't see but do exist.
Some people see an old man drinking all the year round and think that drinking can prolong life. In fact, this is not entirely true, because there are many factors that determine whether a person lives long, such as heredity, environment, medical conditions, diet, habits, obesity, exercise or not, mentality and so on.
We can't see a person who is 90 years old and still drinks, which proves that drinking can live a long life. Then why don't you see the longevity genes, healthy eating habits, long-term exercise habits, good mentality and other factors that determine longevity?
We judge the factors that determine life, not according to what we see, but according to big data. Similarly, we can judge whether drinking is good for our health, and we can't just rely on ourselves to see who drinks and who is in good health. That's because you have long forgotten those who drank liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, myocardial infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and sudden death.
Because everyone is willing to remember what they think is right, but what you think is right is not all right. Let's look at the big data of drinking.
Second, 28 million people participated in the investigation.
People who drink for a long time, especially those who drink heavily, will have an increased risk of diseases such as cirrhosis, cancer, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hypertension and diabetes.
A study in Japan showed the clinical data of 63,232 cancer patients, all of whom reported their daily average standard drinking amount and drinking time. The results show that there is almost a linear correlation between cancer risk and alcohol intake. In other words, the more you drink, the higher the risk of cancer, and the people who don't drink have the lowest overall risk of cancer.
The Lancet published many articles about drinking and selected 600,000 people for research. The results show that drinking alcohol will increase the risk of hypertension and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
In 20 18, another article was published in The Lancet, and 28 million people were selected for follow-up investigation. The results show that no matter how much alcohol you drink, as long as it is alcohol, it is harmful to your health.
Some people must say that drinking less red wine softens blood vessels. Let's look at red wine:
People used to think that drinking red wine can soften blood vessels because it contains resveratrol, which can soften blood vessels. However, the content of resveratrol in red wine is very small and has no medicinal value at all. It has even been suggested that promoting red wine to soften blood vessels is only the interest demand of some people.
Third, if you drink, how much?
In fact, everyone's ability to metabolize alcohol is different. Theoretically, there is no very strict drinking standard. On the premise of personal circumstances, if adults want to drink alcohol, men should not exceed 25g and women should not exceed 15g every day.
25 grams of alcohol is equivalent to 750 ml of beer, or 250 ml of wine, or 75 ml of 38-degree liquor, or 50 ml of high-alcohol liquor.
15g alcohol is equivalent to 450ml beer, or 150ml wine, or 50ml 38-degree liquor, or 30ml high-alcohol liquor.
Fourth, you can't drink alcohol with chronic diseases.
For people with hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver cirrhosis, cancer and other definite diseases. These people should give up drinking, drinking will only aggravate their illness.
If you are healthy, if you really need to drink some wine, then you must drink less, drink more fragrant, and don't drink too much. But as a doctor, of course I can't advise you to drink!
The latest Dietary Guidelines for China Residents recommends the following safe drinking quantities:
Male: Drinking 25 grams a day.
Female: Alcohol consumption 15g/ day.
Taking beer as an example, the alcohol content is generally around 4%, and the alcohol content of a 500 ml bottle of beer is:
500 4% 0.8 (specific gravity of alcohol) = 16g
It can be seen that two bottles of beer are acceptable for men, but they are beyond the standard for women.
Because the alcohol concentration of each wine is different, here is a formula for calculating alcohol intake for your reference.
Alcohol intake (grams)
= Alcohol consumption (ml) Alcohol concentration (%) 0.8 (specific gravity of alcohol)
Precautions for drinking.
About 2 8% of the alcohol we drink is absorbed by the stomach and small intestine, and the liver is responsible for decomposing most of the alcohol.
Exchange carbonic acid carefully.
Because carbonic acid is rich in carbon dioxide gas, it can make the stomach expand rapidly and increase the area for the stomach to absorb alcohol. At the same time, carbon dioxide can also promote the speed of alcohol entering the small intestine and increase the absorption of alcohol in the small intestine, so blending with carbonated drinks makes people more likely to get drunk.
Patients with liver disease should pay attention.
Patients with impaired liver function or liver disease are not allowed to drink alcohol.
Because alcohol is mainly metabolized by the liver, long-term excessive drinking will cause alcoholic fatty liver, liver fibrosis, and then lead to diseases such as cirrhosis. Therefore, friends who have developed liver discomfort, please don't drink alcohol.
Take medicine without drinking.
Many drugs will react with alcohol, such as cephalosporins and metronidazole, which will cause poisoning symptoms, including acetaminophen, which is very common in cold medicines and painkillers. If you drink alcohol during medication, you will increase the risk of liver damage.
China's food culture is dominated by white wine, followed by yellow wine. Influenced by the West, beer became popular in China in 1980s, and wine became popular in 1990s. In the past, drinking was allowed in important festivals and foreign affairs activities, such as weddings, celebrations and Spring Festival. With the development of society, drinking as a routine content has become very common on weekends, birthdays, further studies, promotions, friends gatherings, business contacts and other occasions.
The energy coefficient of alcohol is 7 kcal/g, which is higher than that of sugar and protein. Liquor is basically a pure energy food and contains no other nutrients. The energy produced by alcohol in the body can be metabolized in the body, not the energy produced by three energy nutrients in food. Excessive alcohol intake will lead to the conversion of energy into fat storage. The metabolism of alcohol in the body will consume a lot of micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals, leading to micronutrient deficiency. Excessive drinking will reduce appetite and food intake, lead to a variety of nutrient deficiencies, acute and chronic alcoholism, alcoholic fatty liver, and even alcoholic cirrhosis in severe cases. Excessive drinking will also increase the risk of diseases such as hypertension and stroke, and lead to an increase in accidents and violent incidents, which is harmful to personal health and social stability. In addition, drinking alcohol will increase the risk of some cancers. In traditional culture, drunkenness is acceptable. The so-called host treats guests and guests enjoy themselves. This concept and living habits have been realized to be harmful to health and are gradually improving. If the amount of alcohol consumed is as low as possible, it should be controlled below an appropriate limit, and excessive drinking is strictly prohibited.
1. Moderate alcohol intake
Considering the health hazards of excessive drinking and the possible health benefits of moderate drinking, as well as the limit value of adult drinking in other countries, the Nutrition Society of China suggested that the limit value of moderate drinking for adults should be no more than 25g, which is equivalent to 750 ml of beer, 250 ml of wine, 75ml of 38 liquor or 50 ml of 50 liquor. Adult women drink no more than 15g a day, which is equivalent to 450 ml of beer, 50 ml of wine 150 ml, 50ml of 38% liquor or 30 ml of 50% liquor.
2. Drinking status of China residents.
The consumption of alcohol in China is increasing. Although compared with western countries, the per capita alcohol consumption in China is not very high, but China is characterized by drinking more alcohol and liquor.
3. People who shouldn't drink
Pregnant women, children and teenagers should avoid drinking alcohol. If pregnant women drink alcohol, even if it is suitable for normal adults, it may bring adverse consequences to fetal development, and excessive drinking may even lead to fetal malformation and mental retardation. Experimental research shows that alcohol will affect the development of fetal brain at all stages. For example, heavy drinking in the early stage of embryo formation will cause deformity, and heavy drinking in the later stage of pregnancy will cause functional defects in specific areas of fetal brain. The child is in the stage of growth and development, and the functions of various organs are still not perfect. Even if they drink a small amount of wine, their attention and memory will decline and their thinking speed will become slow. Especially children's ability to detoxify alcohol is low. Excessive drinking can lead to headache, even coma and even death. In some specific situations, such as driving and operating machines, you need to concentrate, which requires high skills or coordination. Even if the operator drinks in moderation, it will have adverse consequences, so drinking should be strictly restricted.
4. The harm of excessive drinking
(1) Alcohol has a direct toxic effect on the liver, and it will also affect the normal detoxification function of the liver. Liver fat increase and metabolic disorder can still be observed within a few days after drinking a lot of alcohol at one time. Long-term excessive drinking is closely related to fatty liver, perihepatic fibrosis, alcoholic hepatitis and cirrhosis. 40% of liver cirrhosis deaths are caused by alcoholism.
(2) Drinking alcohol will also increase the risk of breast cancer and digestive tract cancer.
(3) Long-term excessive drinking causes significant changes in mineral metabolism, such as decreased serum calcium and phosphorus levels and magnesium deficiency, which may lead to osteoporosis and fractures.
(4) Long-term excessive drinking will also change people's judgment and lead to serious health problems such as alcohol dependence.
(5) Excessive drinking will also increase the risk of diseases such as hypertension and stroke.
(6) Excessive drinking will lead to an increase in accidents and violence, which is harmful to personal health and social stability.
5. Scientific drinking methods
(1) It is not advisable to drink alcohol on an empty stomach. Eating a certain amount of food can reduce and slow down the absorption of alcohol to the human body;
(2) Eating a proper amount of staple food before or during drinking is conducive to a balanced diet. Carbohydrate has the function of detoxifying the liver. Drinking without staple food or eating a very small amount of staple food after drinking is harmful to health;
(3) Fresh vegetables, edible fungi and other ingredients should be selected to make dishes with clear taste, instead of eating a lot of meat and greasy food;
(4) It is not advisable to drink carbonated drinks at the same time when drinking, because it can accelerate the absorption of alcohol;
(5) Don't drink alcohol when you are sick, alcohol will accelerate the development of the disease;
(6) Don't drink every meal. It usually takes a week for alcohol to be metabolized and completely excreted. Eating and drinking will make alcohol accumulate in the body, which is bound to damage your health.
