(2) Proof materials for small and micro enterprises: After the enterprise social credit code is entered at the time of application, if the system has been identified as a small and micro enterprise, there is no need to upload proof materials for small and micro enterprises, and there will be no window for uploading materials in the enterprise application interface. If it cannot be judged as a "small and micro" enterprise, it is necessary to upload the annual report of the previous year declared by the enterprise in the market supervision administration or the enterprise income tax certificate of the previous year declared by the tax authorities. The certification materials should include the index information of small and micro enterprises, such as 1. Industry information, 2. Number of employees, 3. Asset size, 4. (3) Proof of funds returned to the bank account: If there is an independent trade union bank account, you can directly fill in the trade union account information and upload a picture of the recent bank transfer voucher (mainly reflecting the trade union account information for auditors to check). If there is no independent trade union bank account, upload a picture of the electronic payment voucher of the latest tax collection (the voucher must have the information of the enterprise payment account).
