Sweden
Beijing, Changsha, Chengdu, Chongqing, Jinan, Kunming, Shenyang, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing visa centers are open; Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Hangzhou from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m..
Short-term visas are subject to limited scrutiny and are easily refused for non-urgent, essential purposes;
Long-term visas are normally accepted for scrutiny.
Norway
Visa centers are open in Beijing, Shenyang, Xi'an, Wuhan, Chengdu, Chongqing, Changsha, Kunming, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Guangzhou.
The following visa applications are accepted:
Applications for D entry visas submitted by family members whose residence applications are still pending (spouse D entry visa;
Applications to visit a spouse, cohabitant or partner residing in Norway;
Applications by applicants under 21 years of age to visit their parents or step-parents residing in Norway;
Applications to visit children or stepchildren under 21 years of age residing in Norway; applications to visit a girlfriend or boyfriend residing in Norway.
France
From June 22, 2020, the France Visa Acceptance Centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Shenyang, and Wuhan will be open to the public on Mondays and Wednesdays, and will remain closed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. As well as Monday and Wednesday from 08:30-16:30 a.m.;

Australia
The offline visa centers are temporarily closed after submission of visa applications through the Department of Immigration.

Australia's visas are e-visas, which are submitted for review online. Currently all visas can be submitted, but the embassy takes longer to review.
New Zealand
New Zealand's visas are electronic and submitted online for review. The offline visa center only opened in Shanghai on Sept. 7, offering services such as:

According to instructions issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada on April 9, April 29, May 19, June 9 and July 1, 2020, applicants are not permitted to submit paper applications for temporary residence visas through the Visa Application Centres, except in the case of some exemptions.A new directive was issued on October 1, 2020, which extends this initiative to January 2021 31 (inclusive.
Due to the outbreak, only applicants in the following three cases can submit paper applications to the Center: a persons with disabilities; b applicants applying for seasonal agricultural work permits; and c applicants of other passport/travel document types issued to non-citizens/refugees/stateless persons.
MALTA
With effect from August 3, 2020, the Malta Visa Application Centers in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou will resume operations on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 09:00 am to 12:00 noon. With effect from August 31, 2020, the Malta Visa Application Center in Shenzhen will resume business on Mondays from 09:00 am to 12:00 noon. Accepts all long term and short term visas.
Ireland
All Irish Visa Centers, as well as the Irish Visa Center in Mongolia, will reopen on 6 July 2020.
At present, only long term residence visas (Category D: Study Visa, Family Member Visa, Employment Visa, Employment Researcher Visa, Employment (vanderelster Visa, Visa Signed by the Minister of Religion, Voluntary Signature, Non-EU/EEA and Non-Swiss Citizens Traveling with EU/EEA/Swiss Families will be accepted. If you are unable to return to Ireland during the New Crown Pneumonia outbreak and your IRP card expires during this period, you can contact apply for a re-entry visa. Due to the restrictive policies still in place in Ireland, short term visas ('C' category are temporarily not available.
Brazil
Brazil Visa Application Centers in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou are open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with the Guangzhou center open on Mondays and Thursdays only as of March 30, 2020; trials are currently taking more than 2 weeks, based on recent submissions. All types of visas can be submitted.
Belgium
Belgium's 15 Visa Application Centers in China are open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The adjustment is effective from April 29, 2020 until further notice. All types of visas can be submitted.
The Netherlands
Acceptable visas:
You are a family member of a Dutch citizen or you want to visit your family in the Netherlands (specify the category of the visit;
You are working for an international organization and you need to be in the Netherlands for business purposes;
Foreign nationals who have been in partnership with a Dutch citizen (as well as with an EU citizen residing in the Netherlands for at least three months) can apply for a short-term visit visa.
Spain
Visa centers are open in Beijing, Chengdu, Jinan, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Guangzhou and Fuzhou. All types of visas can be submitted.
Italy

Greece Visa Application Centers in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou are open only from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. All types of visas can be submitted.

France
The types of visas for business purposes that can be accepted directly in Shanghai at present are:

Principal Destination Countries' Entry and Exit Policies
USA
1. The United States reinstated its restrictions on cross-border travel. Effective Jan. 26, entry restrictions on non-U.S. citizens present in the United Kingdom, Ireland, the European Schengen countries, Brazil and Iran 14 days prior to arrival in the U.S. were reinstated, with the addition of South Africa.
2. International travelers are required to be quarantined for seven days upon arrival in the U.S. and to be tested for C.N.C.P. nucleic acid at least three days prior to departure, according to recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. This executive order will take effect on January 26th.
3. All international airlines flying to the U.S. will be responsible for verifying and validating negative nucleic acid test reports.
4. If you have been infected with C.N.C.P., you must provide proof of recovery no later than 90 days prior to boarding the airplane and present a paper or electronic copy at check-in. Additional instructions are provided to crew and other personnel in accordance with relevant regulations.
Currently, China can't enter the U.S. directly, but it has to wait 14 days in a third country.
Canada
International travelers must be quarantined in a hotel for three days.
The Canadian federal government has announced that, starting Feb. 22, all international travelers entering the country by air must book a three-night stay at a quarantine hotel designated by the Canadian government before traveling to Canada (bookings have been open since Feb. 18th. The costs associated with nucleic acid testing, quarantine hotels, meals, cleaning, etc. will total more than $2,000 Canadian dollars.
In addition, international travelers can only board flights to Canada with a negative NKP test report, and prevention and control measures such as mandatory home quarantine upon arrival in Canada remain in effect. Meanwhile, all travelers to Canada are still required to fill out an individual quarantine plan and related information online through ArriveCANAPP before entering the country. After centralized quarantine, hotels are still required to complete a 14-day home quarantine. Another test will be required before the end of the quarantine period.
Japan

Malaysia
1. Have a valid visa issued after March 18, as well as an entry approval and entry quarantine letter.
2. Entry requires self-quarantine for 14 days.
Thailand
1. Entry requires 14 days of quarantine.
2. Insurance is required, along with a 72-hour nucleic acid test.

Australia
Australia's borders are currently closed. Migrants are not allowed to enter Australia except for:

2. Immediate family members
3. Visitors staying in New Zealand for more than 14 days
Australia and Singapore are scheduled to be interoperable in July-August.
New Zealand
The border is closed to all but New Zealand citizens and residents and visitors from Australia and the Pacific Islands.
Britain, United Kingdom
Conceal inbound travel history or face jail
The British government has announced that from 4 p.m. local time on Jan. 15, all passengers entering the U.K. on international flights, ships or trains must submit a new Crown Pneumonia Nucleic Acid (CPN) test report and check in with a proof of a negative test within 72 hours. In addition, those who are allowed to enter the UK must be quarantined at their own expense for 10 days in a government-designated hotel. Passengers who do not go to government-designated hotels for quarantine will face hefty fines.
Ireland
The Irish government has announced that from Saturday, January 16, 2021, travelers from all countries will be required to provide a negative Polymerase Chain Reaction test prior to arrival, and that the test must be performed within 72 hours prior to arrival.
Migrants from the EU, EEA, UK and all non-European high-risk areas will need to be quarantined for 14 days or less on arrival and have a negative nucleic acid test.
Italy
Everyone must show a negative polymerase chain reaction (PCR test or antigen test within 48 hours. Within 48 hours of entering Italy, they must undergo another PCR or antigen test, as well as 14 days of mandatory quarantine. After quarantine, a third test is required. Entry must also be self-declared and registered with the local health department.
France
Since Jan. 31, people planning to enter France from EU member states, the U.K. and non-EU member states, as well as those planning to leave the country, will need to go to the French Ministry of the Interior's Web site to fill out a certificate to that effect and present it along with any other required documents at the time of entry or exit.
In addition, the French Foreign Ministry strongly recommends that people entering France be quarantined for seven days and tested again for the virus after the quarantine.
Germany
1. "For those who have been granted an entry visa to Germany, the final decision on whether they can enter the country will be made by the federal police," and "migrants from high-risk areas will need to quarantine themselves for 10 days."
2. The country is not currently classified as a high-risk area for the outbreak, but a nucleic acid test must be performed within 48 hours of entering Germany from an ordinary risk area, and negative test results are to be reported to health authorities.
Greece
Holding a negative nucleic acid test report for new Crown pneumonia within 72 hours (the report must be in English, with the name and passport number of the traveler. In addition, passengers arriving in Greece on international flights or departing from Greek airports abroad must obtain a Passenger Locator Form at https://travel.gov.gr填写.
It is important to note that between March 8 and March 22, 2021, passengers traveling to Greece from abroad and entering the country must undergo a mandatory seven-day quarantine at their home or place of temporary residence. If the stay in Greece is less than 7 days, the above quarantine requirement still applies.
On March 14, the Greek government unveiled its tourism recovery plan, which is scheduled to "open its doors" to visitors on May 14th.
Turkey
According to the Turkish government, as of March 15, 2021, travelers entering Turkey will be required to log on to the "Turkey Entry Form" at http://register.health.gov.tr填写 no later than 72 hours prior to their departure, and upon completion will receive an automatically generated HES health code. This code can be used when traveling and staying in Turkey. Failure to complete it or filling in the wrong information may result in penalties or a ban on entry.
