Drainage households listed in the list of key pollutant discharge units may be fined between 311,111 yuan and 511,111 yuan.

The requirements that catering enterprises must meet:

1. The internal rain and sewage diversion has been completed and there is a fixed sewage outfalls;

2. Pretreatment facilities have been set up according to regulations and entrusted to professional operation and maintenance companies for maintenance;

3. It has been correctly connected to the municipal sewage pipe network;

4. The quality of discharged sewage meets relevant standards.

To apply for a drainage permit, the following materials shall be submitted truthfully:

(1) Application form for drainage permit;

(2) drawings and descriptions of the drainage pipe network, special inspection wells, and the location and caliber of the rain sewage outfalls;

(3) relevant materials for the construction of sewage pretreatment facilities in accordance with relevant state regulations;

(4) a report on the completion of the concealed drainage project, or a written undertaking from the drainage households that the concealed drainage project is qualified and there is no mixed connection and wrong connection of rainwater and sewage pipe networks or mixed discharge of rainwater and sewage;

(5) a test report that the drainage water quality meets the relevant standards or a written undertaking that the drainage water quality meets the relevant standards;

(6) drainage households listed in the list of key pollutant discharge units shall provide relevant materials of installed automatic monitoring equipment for discharge of major water pollutants.
