Managers should have the following qualities:

5. Shaping ability. Managers must expect to have a working elite team with tenacious overall strength, therefore, shaping outstanding talents has become the main daily task of managers.
6. Control ability. The prerequisite for being a manager is to be able to create an elite team before you can further create a company. But no matter how complicated the roles of managers are, gaining the trust of employees is the main criterion.
