Enterprises applying for deferred contribution need to be approved by the staff congress or labor union of the unit and promise to make up the deferred payment during the period of housing provident fund by June 30, 2023, and report to our center for approval, providing the following materials:
1. Approval Form for Reducing the Percentage of Housing Provident Fund Contribution and Deferring the Payment of Housing Provident Fund of Shantou Municipality (can be downloaded from the WeChat public number of our center);
2, application letter of the enterprise (explaining the reason for application, the time of application for deferred payment, and commitment to complete the retroactive payment before June 30, 2023);
3, a copy of the business license stamped with the official seal;
4, opinion of the enterprise's staff congress or labor union (the staff agrees to the application of the enterprise for deferred payment as well as the time of deferred payment);
5, and other required materials.

Employees of enterprises affected by the epidemic and approved by the Center to defer payment of housing provident fund, the housing provident fund during the period of deferment is deemed to be continuous, and it does not affect the application for housing provident fund loans by the employees of the enterprise. When applying for a loan, the employee is required to provide the following materials in addition to the original required documents for acceptance:
1. Proof of the contributing unit;
2. Approval document of the unit's deferment of housing fund contribution.
Enterprise employees who are affected by the epidemic and approved by our center to suspend the payment of housing provident fund, if they cannot normally repay the principal and interest of housing provident fund loans by December 31, 2022, they can apply in writing to our center for a temporary suspension of housing provident fund loan principal and interest (the principal and interest of housing provident fund loans that have not been repaid during the application period need to be fully repaid in January 2023). Upon approval, it will not be treated as overdue, no interest penalty will be applied, and it will not be reported to the credit department as overdue record. Specifically, the following application materials will be provided:
1. Employee's application form (stating the reason for the application, the time period for deferred restitution, and a commitment to full repayment in January 2023);
2. Proof of the contributing unit;
3. Approval document of the unit's deferred contribution to the housing provident fund.

During the epidemic period, our center has increased the amount of employees' rental housing withdrawal in a phased manner, i.e. from June to December 2022 from 400 yuan per month to 500 yuan per month. For the year 2022 has applied for rental extraction of employees, according to the provisions of the current year, a one-time application to withdraw the maximum amount of 700 yuan; for the year 2022 has not yet applied for rental extraction of employees, according to the provisions of the current year, a one-time extraction of the maximum amount of 5,500 yuan, the employees according to the "Shantou Housing Provident Fund Extraction Management Measures," the provisions of the rental withdrawal of the declaration materials to apply for.
