Lecturer: Zhou Zhongting, one of the top ten catering management lecturers in China, the first batch of China catering professional managers from the Ministry of Education, the lecturer group of China Cuisine Association, the professor of China Hotel Management Expert Lecturer Group, China culinary master, national senior culinary technician, provincial culinary skill assessor and senior nutritionist, won the CCTV-2 Man-Han Banquet Golden Chef Award. At present, he is the assistant dean of Oriental Cuisine College, the director of teaching and research section, and the associate professor of catering management, engaged in teaching and research.
