Food safety officers can take the exam twice.

According to different industries, the training and assessment categories of food safety administrators are divided into three categories: A (food production), B (food circulation) and C (catering service). Among them, Class C (catering service) is divided into Class C 1 (primary catering service) and Class C2 (advanced catering service).

The industry engaged in by food safety administrators must correspond to their training and assessment categories, and shall not engage in cross-industry employment. A food safety administrator who has passed the C2 level (advanced catering service) assessment can engage in the work that requires a C 1 level (primary catering service) food safety administrator.

The duties of the food safety administrator are:
