Li Beiqi (September 15, 1932-January 27, 2008) was the founder of Mr. Li's business and the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mr. Li's California Beef Noodle King

Co. Mr. Li is the founder of the "California Beef Noodle King" brand and a lifetime member of the American Federation of Restaurant Specialists. Mr. Li Beiqi, word Huakang, was born on September 15, 1932 in Tongliang County, Chongqing City, a merchant family, at the age of 12 years old with his father to Chongqing, Guizhou and other places to learn

Learn catering and business, and then in the Kuomintang troops as a soldier to learn to drive a car, armored vehicles and other technology, in the Junior Aviation School to learn to fly. 18 years old with the Kuomintang to move to Taiwan, has been attending the University of Taiwan, the University of Maryland School of Business, and received a Bachelor's degree in business. From 1972 to 1979, Mr. Li Beiqi opened seven "Beef Noodle King" franchises in California, making it a widely loved Chinese fast food in Southern California, and was known as the "Beef Noodle King" by the California Chinese Restaurant Association. He was honored as the "King of Beef Noodles" by the California Chinese Restaurant Association.

In May 1987, "California Beef Noodle King" opened its first chain store in China in Dongsi, Beijing, creating the first Chinese fast food chain. Since then, the "California Beef Noodle King" chain stores have flourished in China. "California Beef Noodle King" has become a national brand of Chinese fast food.

In September 1995, as the scale of the "California Beef Noodle King" chain continued to expand, Mr. Li Beiqi became the chairman of the board of directors and set up

"Mr. Li's California Beef Noodle King Co. Ltd. in Beijing, which is responsible for the operation and development of Mr. Lee's Beef Noodles in China. After more than ten years of efforts, Mr. Lee's has more than 400 restaurants in nineteen provinces and cities in 2010, with more than 7,000 employees. "Mr. Li" has become a bright landscape in China's catering industry, a bright banner.

On January 27, 2008, Mr. Li Beiqi passed away in Beijing due to an illness, completing his life path of struggle and legend.
