I am the head waiter of housekeeping department in this competition.
I have been working in Cuiliu for almost half a year. Although I have one year's internship experience in a five-star hotel, I have to adjust my mind quickly because of the particularity of Cuiliu's reception work. Therefore, during this time, I try to observe, learn and summarize everything at work from the perspective of a beginner, so that I can enter the work role faster and better. I know that only by constantly challenging myself and defeating myself can I realize my life value.

secondly, I'd like to talk about my working idea of doing a good job as head waiter in housekeeping department. My working idea is to be strict with myself with "six basic conditions" and "four don 'ts". The "six basic conditions" have advanced ideas and concepts; Have a strong sense of responsibility; Have skilled professional knowledge of job skills; Familiar with and master guest house rules and regulations and operating procedures; Have a sense of teamwork; Actively cooperate with leaders to carry out their work. 1. standardize the words and deeds of employees, make them have the professional quality and demeanor of hotel employees, and be polite, evasive, courteous and convenient.

3. communication problems. As a manager, I should learn to communicate and be good at communication. I should spread happiness to every employee's heart with my enthusiasm, create zero-distance communication for employees, let employees work in a "pressure-free" environment and give full play to their enthusiasm.
4. working methods. An excellent manager should learn the humanized management system and mobilize the subjective initiative of employees. If employees can't teach, good employees should give full trust, and only with full trust can they have a harmonious management system and service consciousness.
5. service consciousness. Our service industry has always advocated that the customer is God.
