5. According to the principle of "who sponsors, who is responsible, who undertakes and who is responsible", the organizers and catering service units of dinner parties should implement the epidemic prevention and control work in accordance with relevant systems and bear the main responsibility. The organizer of the dinner party shall not invite those who have lived in high-risk areas within 7 days and those who have symptoms such as fever and cough recently to participate in the dinner party. Those who fail to implement the regulations and cause serious consequences such as the import or spread of the epidemic will be investigated and dealt with according to the law. The organizer of the dinner party should strictly follow the epidemic prevention and control requirements, keep the dining place regularly ventilated, and do a good job of preventive disinfection in advance according to the regulations. After the dinner, the generated garbage must be sterilized before disposal. It is necessary to implement the system of separate meals and public chopsticks, and try to reduce the number of diners, and the number of diners should not exceed 51% of the reception capacity.
