(6) incorporate the funds for fire fighting business into the fiscal budget at the corresponding level to guarantee it;

(7) Other duties as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

township people's governments and sub-district offices shall perform the duties of fire control safety specified in items 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the preceding paragraph, and guide, support and help villagers' committees and residents' committees to carry out mass fire control safety work. Article 8 The fire control institutions of public security organs shall perform the following duties:

(5) Carry out fire control supervision and inspection according to law, determine key units of fire control safety within their respective administrative areas, supervise the rectification of fire hazards, and report and notify major fire hazards in a timely manner;

(6) Supervise and guide the work of full-time fire brigades and volunteer fire brigades, and carry out fire fighting business training and fire fighting drills;

(7) put out fires, investigate the causes of fire accidents, and count the losses of fire accidents;

(8) to undertake disasters, accidents and other emergency rescue work according to law;

(9) Other duties as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations. Article 9 Public security police stations shall carry out fire supervision and inspection according to law, carry out fire publicity and education, and accept the entrustment of fire control institutions of public security organs to carry out simple fire accident investigation and fire administrative punishment.

the construction, maintenance and management of municipal fire hydrants, fire truck passages, fire communication and other public fire-fighting facilities shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and this municipality. Eleventh schools and relevant vocational training institutions should incorporate fire control knowledge into education, teaching and training.

news, radio, television and other relevant units should conduct fire prevention publicity and education for the society.

trade unions, * * * youth leagues, women's federations and other organizations should organize fire prevention publicity and education according to the characteristics of their respective working objects.

villagers' committees and residents' committees shall assist the people's governments and public security organs and other departments to strengthen fire prevention publicity and education.
