Legal basis: Article 24 of the Regulations on Dog Breeding in Guangzhou, dogs are prohibited from entering the following areas, except for providing services for dogs or setting up special dog service areas:

1. Party and government organs, hospitals, schools and kindergartens.

2. Children's Palace and other places for children's activities.

3. Museums, art galleries, libraries, cinemas and stadiums.

4. Restaurants, hotels and food stores.

5. public transport and waiting rooms, waiting rooms and waiting rooms other than small taxis.

6. Scenic spots, historic gardens, scenic spots and historical sites, memorial parks and zoos.
