If you find a leak in the pipeline, please call the gas service hotline outdoors. Be sure to pay attention to: at this time, never make a phone call, switch electrical equipment, smoke, etc. indoors.

4. When you smell suspicious gas outdoors, please call the police or call our service hotline in time. When you call your mobile phone, you should try to stay away from the place with strong smell, and don't use naked fire in the place with strong smell.

5. When the gas stops unexpectedly, the valve of the gas appliance itself and the valve in front of the gas appliance must be closed in time, and it can only be used when the gas supply returns to normal; Before going out from home and going to bed, you must check whether the valve of the gas appliance itself and the valve in front of the gas appliance are closed, so that people can leave the valve closed; When going out for a long time, you must close the main valve.

6. It is forbidden to pile up inflammable and explosive sundries in the room where gas facilities are installed. It is forbidden to live and use other open flame facilities, such as heaters and bottled liquefied gas.

7. Gas burning appliances and connecting pipes produced by regular manufacturers must be purchased, and the quality and performance of the purchased products must meet national and local standards.

8. It is forbidden to use unqualified gas burning appliances and connecting pipes, which have been explicitly eliminated by the state or whose service life has expired. According to relevant national regulations, the service life of natural gas cookers is eight years, that of liquefied gas and natural gas water heaters is eight years, that of artificial gas water heaters is six years, and that of gas meters is ten years. For the safety of you and your family, it must be replaced when it expires.

9. The connecting pipe connecting the gas appliances should use special gas hose or stainless steel corrugated pipe. The special gas hose should be replaced at least once every 12 months. Both ends of the connecting pipe should be fixed with pipe clamps to prevent falling off, and the length of the hose should not exceed 2m. Stainless steel metal bellows should be used and replaced in strict accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer. It is strictly forbidden to use expired and inferior rubber hoses, and they should not be used through walls or floors. They should be inspected regularly, and they should be replaced immediately if they are found to be aged, cracked or bitten by rats and insects.

11. An effective vent must be opened under the cupboard door of the embedded stove, and it is recommended to use a sleeve to protect the rubber hose to prevent rats; If the plug valve is installed in the basement, it is recommended to install a combustible gas alarm or a gas leakage alarm cut-off device. If users need to buy an alarm without a safety cut-off valve, they can buy it directly from the manufacturer or shopping mall. If you need to install an alarm with a safety cut-off valve, you must apply to the gas company and install it after approval. Marketers selling gas alarms must have relevant qualifications and be approved by the local government gas management department for marketing. The alarm equipped with safety cut-off valve must meet the requirements of the specification, and can only be ventilated after passing the leak detection. The user must sign an agreement with the marketer and sign the acceptance form for confirmation. The agreement and acceptance certificate are in triplicate, and the gas company keeps one copy for filing.

11. It is not advisable to install a gas water heater in the bathroom. If necessary, it is limited to a balanced water heater, and an exhaust fan and a shutter are installed.

12. If users need to install water heaters and wall-hung boilers, they must apply to the gas company and change the gas facilities after approval. The marketer responsible for the sales and installation of water heaters and wall-hung boilers must have relevant qualifications, and the installation quality must meet the requirements of the specification. Only after passing the leak detection can ventilation be used. The user must sign an agreement with the marketer and sign the acceptance form for confirmation. The agreement and acceptance form are in triplicate, and the gas company keeps one copy for file.

13. Pay attention to the protection of gas facilities. Do not dismantle, modify, move or package gas facilities without authorization. Do not hang heavy objects, lock bicycles, motorcycles and other items on the gas pipeline, or use them as grounding wires. For those who change or damage the gas facilities without permission, our company has the right to suspend gas supply and take relevant measures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations to investigate their responsibilities. If it is really necessary to change the gas pipeline due to decoration or other reasons, please contact the customer service of the local gas company to arrange professionals to modify it.

14. For your home safety, it is recommended to buy a gas cooker with flameout protection device, and the gas appliances used must be inspected by the competent quality inspection department. Maintenance of gas appliances shall be carried out by units with professional maintenance qualifications.

15. Educate children not to play with fire and twist the switches of burning appliances or gas facilities, and even let children operate and use pipeline natural gas alone; Avoid letting people who can't control their behavior at home use pipeline natural gas.

16. Stealing gas and damaging gas facilities are serious illegal acts and may endanger your life and property.
