2. 3. The Registration Form of the Legal Representative of the Enterprise must be signed by the legal person himself and stamped with the official seal of the enterprise;

4. An amendment to the articles of association signed by the legal representative of the enterprise;

5. Original and duplicate of the business license of the enterprise;

6. If the change of legal person is required to be submitted for examination and approval by laws, other administrative regulations or the State Council, the relevant approval documents or copies of corresponding license certificates shall be prepared at the same time;

7. if the legal person itself changes, the enterprise shall also prepare a resume and resume of the old and new legal persons, which shall be signed by both parties.
