Legal analysis: The State Administration for Industry and Commerce issued a notice that from 2014 onwards, individual business households do not need the previous kind of "license inspection", but "annual report system". According to the "Interim Measures for the Annual Report of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households" Article 3 of the provisions of the individual industrial and commercial households should be January 1 to June 30 each year, through the enterprise credit information disclosure system or directly to the administrative department for industry and commerce responsible for its registration of the previous year's annual report. Individual industrial and commercial households that open for registration in the current year shall report from the following year.
