The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Strictly control all kinds of joint quarantine stations (checkpoints). Further strengthen the 24-hour duty of all bus stations, ports, water transport terminals, urban rail stations, high-speed railway station and expressway service areas, national and provincial highways, county roads, township roads, village roads and other joint quarantine stations (bayonets) in the city, and check the body temperature of all people entering and leaving, and register those whose body temperature is higher than 37.3 degrees Celsius and send them to the hospital for examination. People who are still stranded in the places where key epidemics occur shall not return to Jiangmen before the first-level response to major public health emergencies in the province is lifted. If they return ahead of time, public officials and their units shall be held accountable by the discipline inspection and supervision organs at the same level; Other personnel will be seriously investigated for responsibility according to law. Persons who have lived in the place where the major epidemic occurred in recent 14 days must declare their personal health information through the "Guangdong Province Saving" APPlet, the "Guangdong Business Connect" app or the online platform designated by the local government within 1 hours of their arrival in Jiangmen; Those who fail to declare online should report to the unit (enterprise) or the village (neighborhood) committee where they live, accept relevant health management, strictly implement home isolation or conduct isolation observation at designated isolation observation points, do a good job in temperature detection, and are not allowed to go out. Foreign workers and citizens of our city who arrive in Jiangmen from places where non-key epidemics occur should also declare their personal health information through the "Guangdong Easy" APPlet, the "Guangdong Merchants Connect" app or the online platform designated by the local government within 1 hours of their arrival in Jiangmen, and go to the unit (enterprise) or the village (neighborhood) Committee where they live as soon as possible to receive body temperature tests; If you fail to declare online, you should report to the unit (enterprise) or the village (neighborhood) Committee where you live within the same day, and accept the temperature test.

Third, strictly control home isolation. People from or passing through key epidemic areas must be strictly isolated at home for 14 days. Residential units with confirmed cases will be subject to 24-hour hard isolation from now on, and notices such as "due to the need of epidemic prevention and control, this building is subject to isolation management" will be posted in a conspicuous place. For households who are isolated at home and managed by the whole building, village and community workers will provide non-contact services such as home delivery, garbage removal and purchasing daily necessities together with volunteers. Anyone who violates the isolation regulations shall be investigated for the relevant responsible persons according to law.

fourth, strictly control the village (community). Closed management shall be implemented for natural villages, communities, residential quarters and conditional buildings, and entrances and exits shall be reduced as much as possible. Inspection and registration cards shall be set up at the entrances and exits, and two-way temperature detection shall be implemented for personnel entering and leaving, and outsiders and vehicles shall not be allowed to enter. 5. Strictly control rental houses and serviced apartments. If there is an epidemic situation in rental houses and serviced apartments, and the landlord fails to perform the reporting responsibility according to the regulations, the landlord's responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

6. Strictly control express delivery and take-away delivery. Staff in service industries such as express delivery and take-away must wear masks and deliver goods without contact. The delivered goods should be sent to the designated areas of natural villages, communities, communities and buildings for centralized storage and management, and the customers can collect them themselves.

VII. Strictly control group gathering. Public places that are not necessary for citizens' lives will be closed. Farmers' markets, shopping malls, supermarkets, pharmacies and other places should reasonably arrange and shorten business hours, disinfect regularly every day, keep indoor air circulation, and all people entering the market should take temperature measurements and wear masks; All those whose body temperature is higher than 37.3 degrees Celsius shall be registered, and the business operators shall report to the local village (neighborhood) committee and send them to the hospital for examination. The city stopped assembly, performances, exhibitions, chess and cards, square dances, movies, various ball games and other cultural and sports activities; Suspend all festivals; Prohibit banquets and other large-scale activities; All "red events" will be closed, and "white events" will be simple. Units and individuals who hold or participate in dinner or gathering activities will be dealt with resolutely and seriously.

VIII. Strictly control the resumption of school. All kinds of enterprises and schools must strictly follow the provisions on epidemic prevention and control issued by the state, province and city, strictly implement the responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, and earnestly do a good job in epidemic prevention and control. Enterprises and factories that meet the requirements to apply for resumption of work must achieve the "four in place" (prevention and control mechanism in place, staff screening in place, facilities and materials in place, and internal management in place) and implement the "eight ones" (?
