Business license application process:
1, you need a health certificate to engage in the catering industry. You can go to the health and epidemic prevention station to get a health certificate.
2. Prepare the original and photocopy of the health certificate of the operator, the photocopy of the ID card, the house lease contract, the photocopy of the landlord's real estate license (or land use certificate), and a one-inch photo of the operator.
3. Get the Application for Pre-approval of the Name of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households from the industrial and commercial department in the area where it is located, fill in the relevant information of the application form as required and hand it over to the staff of the industrial and commercial department.
4. After acceptance, the industrial and commercial staff will give you a Notice of Pre-approval of the Name of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households with a red license stamp. After receiving the notice, bring the original and copy of the operator's health certificate, copy of ID card, copy of the landlord's real estate license (or land use certificate) and one-inch photo of the operator to the Food and Drug Administration for the catering service license. If the business premises are leased, you need to bring the House Lease Contract signed with the landlord.
5. After the catering service license is approved, you can apply for the business license of individual industrial and commercial households with the original and photocopy of the catering service license and various materials prepared above, including the Notice of Pre-approval of the Name of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households.
