According to the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Issues Related to Regulation Cleaning (Guo Ban Fa [2010] No.28), after cleaning up the existing 145 provincial government regulations issued before September 2065 438+00 in our province, the provincial government decided to abolish the Specific Provisions on Encouraging Foreign Investment.

All regions and departments are requested to conscientiously implement this decision and submit the revised government regulations and projects to the provincial government in a timely manner in accordance with legal procedures; The repealed government regulations shall become invalid as of the date of promulgation of this decision.
