1. Prepare relevant materials:
Before starting a company, you must first determine whether your company is a sole proprietorship (one person bears all legal liabilities) or a joint venture (two or more persons bear legal liabilities in proportion). After confirmation, you can prepare relevant certificates, photocopies, unit names, photocopies of all shareholders' ID cards, and company names of relevant individuals.
2. After confirmation, go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau for name approval.
Because now the five certificates (business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, social insurance registration certificate, statistical registration certificate) are in one, just look up the name directly, so be prepared. If one doesn't work, you can use the second.
3. After the name is approved, go to the bank to open an account.
As for the amount of investment and materials, it depends on what kind of bank you choose. Under normal circumstances, the bank will handle the account opening formalities immediately after receiving the complete company account opening documents and the information of shareholders and directors, so the time generally takes 1~2 hours. Please arrange time. Please make an appointment with the bank in advance and prepare materials and other documents.
Step 4 Prepare registration materials
Then continue to need to prepare the application for enterprise establishment, articles of association, capital verification report, address certificate, copies of all shareholders' ID cards and one-inch photos of legal persons.
5. Carving:
Find the designated engraving unit to engrave the seal, put it on record, and then get the business license, account opening permit and so on.
6. Finally, you can successfully start a company by going to the tax bureau for filing and paying taxes.
Copies of business license, identity cards of all shareholders, articles of association, organization, lease contract, address certificate, rent invoice, etc. shall be prepared when handling tax registration.
