Four, personnel organization

1. The townships are responsible for organizing and mobilizing, notify the residents and cadres and workers of the villages under their jurisdiction.

2. Dingyuan County Economic Development Zone is responsible for organizing, mobilizing and notifying enterprise personnel and cadres and workers in the zone. 3. The Dingyuan County Urban Development Group, the County Housing and Construction Bureau, the County Transportation Bureau, and the County Key Office are responsible for organizing, mobilizing, and notifying all the staff of the enterprises at the sites under their management, so as to take samples in the vicinity.

V. Notes

1. Please bring your cell phone and ID card to the nearest sampling point in an orderly manner, the scene to show the "nucleic acid test reservation code" or "wellness code". Elderly people and children who do not know how to use smart phones should apply for and print the "Nucleic Acid Test Appointment Code" or "Wellness Code" in advance with the help of their family members, and we will arrange for our staff to provide guidance and assistance on the spot. For children who do not have an ID card, please bring along your family's household registration book to help you apply for and print the "Nucleic Acid Test Appointment Code" or "Wellness Code" in advance.

2. In order to minimize the gathering of people, residents are requested to participate in the nucleic acid sampling in a staggered and orderly manner. When sampling the initiative to cooperate with on-site staff scheduling arrangements, queuing must wear a mask throughout the entire process, and keep a distance of more than 2 meters from others to avoid gathering, piling up, talking to each other, smoking and other behaviors. To maintain a safe distance on the basis of the doctor to complete the disinfection of hands, take out a new swab, and then quickly go forward to take off the mask and open the mouth for sampling. Hold your breath during sampling and put the mask back on immediately after sampling. 3. Close contacts, sub-closely contacts, and people returning from the outbreak area who are under home isolation and their family members living with them, and those who have been vaccinated with the new coronavirus pneumonia vaccine within 48 hours will not participate in this nucleic acid test.

4. Those who do not participate in this round of regional nucleic acid testing on September 30th without any reason will be reminded through the "Wellness Code" pop-up window, and if they still do not take the test in time and file a complaint, the use of the "Wellness Code" will be limited. All kinds of key places and organizations in the county will strictly check the negative report of nucleic acid test, and those who have not participated in the current round of nucleic acid test will be restricted from entering the places such as supermarkets, hotels, guest houses, hospitals, schools and unit buildings. For your convenience, please actively participate in the nucleic acid test.

5. Please residents and friends consciously abide by the epidemic prevention and control regulations, pay attention to the official release of authoritative information, do not believe in rumors, do not spread rumors; strengthen personal protection, wear masks, wash your hands regularly, often ventilated, less gatherings, to maintain a safe distance for social interaction; non-essential not to travel to medium and high risk areas and areas with epidemics; from the province out of the home to return home to the community in advance, the unit, stay in the hotel, the implementation of a good "Landing check", "3 days two check" and other health management measures; actively cooperate with the flow of investigation, nucleic acid testing and other epidemic prevention and control work.
