In order to further improve the epidemic prevention and control work of "external defense input and internal defense rebound", resolutely hold the bottom line of no large-scale epidemic, and ensure the safe and orderly flow of personnel and smooth logistics, so that the general public can spend a healthy and peaceful holiday, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, promote local festivals. Advocate the general public to spend their holidays on the spot and travel in the city during the National Day holiday, try to avoid or reduce cross-city travel, and do not leave Qingdao unless necessary, and advocate not to leave Pingdu city. Seven, strengthen the prevention and control of key places.
