The concept of integrated management of food supply chain originated in Europe. It regards the supply chain as a whole and implements comprehensive planning, cooperation and commodity flow control. Its core content is quality certification and tracking management. Different from the general supply chain management, the comprehensive management of food supply chain must take safety as the primary goal. To ensure the food safety of the whole society, it is necessary to strengthen the safety management of all links in the food supply chain, that is to say, food safety has become the public responsibility of every participant in the food supply chain. The idea of integrated supply chain management provides a basic idea for solving the safety problems in food supply chain.
