●In February 1956, Laoduichi Dumpling House entered into a public-private partnership, with Yang Baoshan as the manager after the partnership.

●In September 1966, Laodu Dumpling House was renamed Sunrise Dumpling House. In order to adapt to the proposal of mechanization instead of manual work at that time, the restaurant purchased a 60-4 dumpling machine to make dumplings by hand instead of by hand.

●In November 1979, the restaurant restored the name "Lao Du Yi Dumpling House" and changed its name to "Lao Du Yi Dumpling House." At the same time, it adjusted the standard for the ingredients of the dumplings and improved the quality of the dumplings.

●In 1980, the restaurant became independent.

●In May 2002, a private joint-stock enterprise---Harbin Laoduoyi Catering Limited Liability Company---was established by the employees of the enterprise.
