(a) on-site supervision and inspection of centralized disinfection units for tableware;
(two) sanitary supervision and sampling inspection of tableware in centralized disinfection units;
(three) to investigate and deal with acts that do not meet the health standards and norms according to law.
Legal Basis: Hygienic Supervision Standard for Tableware Centralized Disinfection Units in People's Republic of China (PRC) Article 3 After receiving the information of tableware centralized disinfection units with business licenses notified by local industrial and commercial administrations at all levels, the local health administrative departments at or above the county level shall promptly appoint two or more health supervisors to conduct on-site supervision and inspection of tableware centralized disinfection units, and fill out the "On-site Supervision and Inspection Table for Tableware Centralized Disinfection Units" (see annex).
