according to the spirit of the document "Notice on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standard in Jiangsu Province" (Sulaoshe [2117] No.69) issued by the Provincial Labor and Social Security Department, with the consent of the Municipal People's Government, the opinions on adjusting the monthly minimum wage standard and hourly minimum wage standard in the whole city are hereby notified as follows:

1. Adjusting the monthly minimum wage standard

Suzhou City, Changshu City, Zhangjiagang City, Kunshan City and Wujiang City.

if the monthly salary of the laborer is lower than the minimum wage standard after excluding the items specified in Article 3 of this Notice and paying the personal minimum housing accumulation fund, the employer shall pay it according to the minimum wage standard.

Second, adjust the hourly minimum wage standard

Suzhou City, Changshu City, Zhangjiagang City, Kunshan City, Wujiang City and Taicang City all implement the first-class standard of hourly minimum wage in Jiangsu Province, and adjust it from 6.3 yuan to 7.2 yuan.

Third, the caliber of the adjusted minimum wage standard

The minimum wage standard should not include: overtime pay; Allowances under special working environment and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful; Laws, regulations and the welfare treatment of workers stipulated by the state.
