notice on prevention and control of epidemic situation in COVID-19 during Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day

Recently, local epidemics broke out in Putian City, Quanzhou City and Xiamen City, Fujian Province, and the prevention and control situation was extremely severe and complicated. In order to strictly implement the prevention and control requirements of "external defense input and internal defense rebound", effectively control and reduce the risk of epidemic spread, and ensure the health of the people in the county and the safety of travel during Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, Weishan County CDC issued the following notices:

1. Do not leave the market unless necessary. If you really need to travel, use official media software such as "the State Council Client" to check the risk level of the destination and the local epidemic prevention policy before you travel. If it is not necessary, don't travel to medium and high-risk areas in the near future.

2. Those who have lived in Putian City, Quanzhou City and Xiamen City, Fujian Province since August 26th, and those whose health codes are "code red" or "code yellow", should take the initiative to report to their communities, work units or hotels at the first time, and cooperate with various epidemic prevention measures.

3. In case of discomfort symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea, you should go to the fever clinic in time and truthfully inform your personal living history, activity history and contact history. Personal protection should be done during medical treatment, and public transportation should be avoided as far as possible.

fourth, strengthen the supervision of various performances, competitions, forums, assemblies, exhibitions, talent recruitment, promotions, celebrations and other large-scale activities, and reduce unnecessary gathering activities. If it is really necessary to hold the event, according to the principle of "who sponsors and who is responsible", we will reduce the scale of the event, control the number of people and shorten the time, formulate the epidemic prevention and control work plan and emergency response plan, and submit it to the competent department and the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters for approval, and strictly implement various prevention and control measures.

5. Traffic stations, supermarkets, farmers' markets, hotels, Internet cafes and cinemas, scenic spots, libraries, museums, exhibition halls and other public places should strictly implement measures such as temperature measurement and code verification, ventilation and disinfection. Hotels should strengthen the information registration management and itinerary inquiry of check-in personnel, and report to the local community in time if they find micro-personnel in key areas.

VI. Raise awareness of safety precautions and strictly implement protective measures. Continue to take normal prevention and control measures such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, regular ventilation, one-meter line, and anti-aggregation. Take the initiative to provide local epidemic prevention and control departments with relevant clues such as unregistered personnel from key areas and failure to implement epidemic prevention and control measures, and actively build a strict defense line for joint prevention and control, group prevention and group treatment in our county.

7. Pay close attention to the official authoritative information, rationally respond to the epidemic situation, spread the knowledge of disease prevention and control scientifically, strengthen the concept of being the first person responsible for one's own health, actively inoculate Covid-19 vaccine, and build a national immune barrier.
